Food/Drink Discussion

I'm generally a picky eater, but I'm gradually opening up to trying stuffs

And being picky doesn't mean I can't enjoy what I eat :P

I can't bake any type of sweet item, but on the stove top, I own it all.

I enjoy most kinds of dishes and I am a HUGE Sushi fan.

Tea. I adore it. My favorites are Earl Grey, Vanilla Chai, Gunpowder, Green, and Mint. I don't care for sweet teas though. Yuck. I prefer them bitter with no sugar.

I'm quite partial to vegetarian lasagna. Don't think I have an all time favorite food though.

I need to actually learn to cook so I can try these dishes, a friend says I could probably manage to set fire to cereal if I tried :P

I love tea, always start my day off with a cup if I can... and usually end up drinking several more cups during the day

I had homemade spaghetti and meatballs today.

Favourite food would have to be nachos, and favourite drink would probably be Riverport Portello. Not sure if it's an international thing, or just an Aussie thing.

Me and my mate have been wanting to try crocodile sometime, and we found that our workplace actually sells crocodile fillets!

I like a sausage pizza with pepperonis, though pepperoni used to be my favorite pizza.

What's everyone's favorite chips? I like Lay's(especially Sour Cream & Onion), Doritos, Fritos, Cheetos, Funyuns, Tostitos, and such. I don't have a specific favorite.ArmoredCore55

Sun Chips are my favorite; I prefer sour cream and onion. Torstillas (sp) are also good. Favorite food I have a lot. I like tomatoes, Quaker Oats, those are probably my favorite, carrots can be yummy.

Drinks, pretty much anything except pop since I believe it causes cavities, and I'd rather not spend time at the dentist. Gin and orange juice tastes good, and I like the kick. I drink a lot of tea, and cranberry juice. Coffee is also good for motivation to study, if your stomach can handle it.

Same here, hot chocolate and hot tea (which is almost always my only tea consumption, apart from bubble tea) are great hot drinks, perfect for warming up or just winding down in the evening.

Coincidentally, I only came across an update on fashion label Drop Dead's blog from a food contributor of theirs with a recipe for hot chocolate, specifically a vegan friendly recipe (though as the blog post itself says, anyone can enjoy it). The blog simply describes it as "vegan hot chocolate with peppermint coconut cream." Haven't tried it of course, but it sounds really interesting.
