Mine was definately thee one when Kratos was moving the pandora's box and then Ares throws a pillar and it hits Kratos right in the stomach and the blood, OMG it was totally awesome!
GOW lacks good cutscenes. i've been thru this conversation with GMG, but i must say, the intro of the new GOW2 DEMO is quite appealing! i loved how they portrayed the irony of kratos shrinking while the giant came to life
My favorite cutscene the one where it shows the Titan Kronos having this massive temple on its back whilst traversing aimlessly through the desert. That was when I was totally in awe.

I like them all equally but the best non CG-cutscene is when Kratos lands outside his house near the ending and also when Kratos returned from his fictional home and then Ares says that Kratos should have joined him and kratos takes the sword wich before served as a bridge.

Yes, clearly. It was jaw-dropping. In fact, the whole idea of this temple was jaw-dropping. lol
