me and my best friend used a half afternoon on beating that :P It was so irritating when we pressed the wrong button (I don't remember who :P) at the 9th challenge and we got out of it and were forced to do them again :evil:

i would have thrown it at the guy next to me.
1.that would have broken it and youd be out a couple of hundred bucks
I must be one lucky fellow to have a friend who has weathered the storm of my youth as I beat him regularly even for things that weren't his fault..for example:
We were playing WWF No Mercy for the N64 and had been controlling the match from the start (tag team title match) when he accidentally hit me with a chair and got me pinned....I thought it best he make a hasty escape..for about 3 days *I only punched him a few times on that particular occassion*
~Now there is no friend I value more (someone who can take all that crap without fuss must have some kind of fortitude worthy of note)
As for the Challenge of the Gods...#8 used to be my bane as I would always slip up and get too fancy..of course leaving myself wide open to the freeze beams...now I crush them with my superhuman might
i never had a partner beside me while playing CotG. it was so iratating!!!! i hope they add a save feature or a level select in GOWII if they're plannig on making another CotG and call me a fool, but i would like to play challenge no 8 again, just for fun. but why go thru 1,2,3,4,5,6 and 7 to do so?!
