I also haven't decided which path to follow. PS3 have titles but useless controller apart from triggers. Wii has the controller of a next-gen console and with it many new genres can be discover. As for 360, it has many RTS (my genre)Â games as compared to other consoles.. .. So it's even but I will select PS3 in the end. *can't resist GT5, MGS4 and GoW3*

ON-TOPIC:Â It would be wise to wait and watch where the PS3 is concerned...there are some problems with the system *as is to be expected* and paying full price for such a thing is foolish..don't become a statistic that I will undoubtably mock...do it for the children...wait
~My final test in Psychology will take place in about 15 hours...Psychology comes naturally to me...the entire course is just too easy...Sociology on the other hand..it is my bane...I can't stand the class, instructor, classmates or even the course matter...I truely hate them all. Though I have no such class at the moment..I have weighed the situation and it looks difficult..I must overcome my hate if I am to even attempt another round with such a class.
I know waiting is the smartest thing you can do... That's how I bought my ps2. I remember that back then, it was considered rare to own a PS2 (In Israel)... my friend had one and I was like "WOW!!" LOL anyway, now I own one for like two years... and I'm gonna get me a next gen console as well... I know it!!
I am planning on buying a PS3 when I get back from Japan, and a Wii as well. I might eventually get an X360. I don`t hate XBOX, but there is a bunch of PS2 titles I still want to play and already 2 PS3 titles I will really want to, those two are DMC4 and Ninja Gaiden Sigma. I will buy a Wii because it is cheap, looks fun, and it will have Metroid Prime 3, nuff said. The Playstation family has the most games that I want to play at the moment, so I am going to have faith in the PS3, all systems have "meh" games at launch as well as a few bugs, and those two problems should be minimized by around February, I hope. Also the main reason for an XBOX/360 is that it so far has the best online multiplayer games/system, but I am not yet willing to pay monthly for online gaming, I usually focus on the single-player aspect of a game, and if I want to do multiplayer there is Battlefield 1942 for PC, or I can invite a friend over.
I know that the PS3 has online capabilities and a store, but from what I`ve read here on Gamespot, it is really not as good as the XBOX one. And, since I don`t use online gaming very much if at all, the free system with the PS3 will probably be enough for me.
Sorry to break it to ya, but GS is a little biased by MS, so don't believe EVERYthing you read here... believe some, but not those "X360 over the PS3" article. the PS3 only came out and they already declare a winner... they suck.
OK let me tell you something about the next Gen-Wars then I take my leave in the shadows again.
PS3: Well while am not a big fan of a system that froces me to pay 600$+tax(I am not a big Sony fan to begain with,I just like the games in its systems) to paly games,its still the most powerful system :
-The system is so powerful the least thing it does is it can play games,since it can now do anything a PC can do now. -DMC4 -MGS4 -FFXIII,FFXIII Vs. ,and the new FFVII -GT5(alot of people love GT games) -GOW III -KH III(still now sure about it being in the PS3 or Wii)
another bad thing for Sony that it made a lot of mistakes at lunch date,and got screwed by eBay and the news on the lunch date,so Sony is off with a really bad start. PS3 still needs time to reload and wait for other good looking games to come ---------
Wii: Well since Nintendo(yes am a Nintendo fan),came up with something new and fresh(like they always do) are now taking the lead,though its only 4 or 5 times more powerful than a Gamecube. -Cheap as hell -Legend of Zelda TP -Dragon quest games -A new Resident evil game -Its online Rocks -Its cheap -A lot of compays love it -Metroid Prime -Smash bros -the Wii-mot thing -Bleach or any other anime game will rock with its Wii-mot -And BTW its cheap
the bad thing though it has carppy games like Mario games,and the name is plane stupid along with the Wii-mot look ----- Xbox360: ...................................,well other then its Xbox live thing it has nothing else to offer that the PS3 doesn't:

other than its PC games to Xbox FPS games it got nothing new or special BTW Fable is such a boooooring game that I regrat the time I spent downloading it ,the graphics are just stupid looking,and ((is that you CHICKEN CHASER,YOU CHASE CHICKEN.......)) WTF !!??,FFXI owns that game.
srsly to GMG can you see why i chose the 360? Its Fiscally Responsible (d**n i love spell check). Its not as much as a PS3 which you are getting GMG so i really don't have to worry about it. and given enough time im sure ill get a wii...ZeldaTP of course...
:wink: But seriously, I think it best to wait until the Wii and PS3 have had time to work out their bugs and to release their good games, I mean the best thing out now for PS3 is Resistance, and from all the hype, Gears of War is far better. But once games like MGS4, DMC4, Ninja Gaiden:Sygma and the like come out for PS3, and Metroid Prime 3, Smash Bros. Brawl, Resident Evil 5 come out for Wii it will be really good. These are the two I plan on getting, PS3 and Wii. Why? Because they are going to have the games I want to play. Wii is cheap, has a cool new control scheme, and a few good exclusive titles(not a whole lot, but enough to satisfy my hunger while I also have a PS2/3), PS3 is going to be the best running and looking system once developers are able to hand its power, and it has the great titles that I like. Then again, I`m going to be waiting a bit, since there are a whole lot of PS2 games I still need to play, and a couple GC games.
