Spyro actully brought me and my sister closer together for a time when I was seven :). We saw comercials of spyro the dragon and we were like "I can't wait for this game. I can't wait for this game!" Me and my sister liked to work together to beat games when we first got the PS. We even got to the third island together in crash bandicoot and beated the final boss in crash 2. We took turns playing Spyro and we had so much fun together. We were finally able to get through the game and beat gnasty gnorc but then we found out that we had to get everything in the game so we worked together to find everything and then we had a lot of fun on the last level :). But then my sister got Spyro 2 as a gift. I played my own games for a time but I began to notice my sister wasn't playing videogames too much (she started middle school) so I asked her if I could play it and she said I could and I did and beated it. But my sister didn't play anymore Spyro games afterwards.
lols at above text.
Anyway, i have no idea how old i was when i first picked up the controller to play Spyro The Dragon. All i remember was that my cousins and sister were always fighting over who could play next! I usualy lost because i was the youngest... lol
Heres a little piece of information that made me laugh when I first heard it. If DoTD is coming out on October 27 (which I think it is) then it will come out on the same day as my sisters birthday. Did anyone else expect that coincidence? swordmaster3
That is quite bizarre :P I wonder how you're sis would react if you told her!

Yeah. I got a little confused lol I just wasn't thinking logically :P She can't be an Army Wife and a little sister. :PIceferno
And actually I am a little sister. My older sister is 23, same age as my husband. So you can be an Army Wife and a Little Sister...but I am not Swordmaster's little sister.
It is for sure, and a remake would look AMAZING.bd0g5
I don't remember the age I was or the year it came out but I remember my aunt buying the very first spyro for me when it first came out... I look back now and think, Ew! Ugly Graphics! lolmshgaw
When I'm replaying PS1 classics like Spyro the Dragon and even games like Silent Hill, I think the same thing. But then I realize that those kind of graphics were acceptable and excellent at the console's time. So really, those graphics aren't bad at all not applying any of today's standards...
lol. Did you rad my post after bdogs?
But yeah, its the same thing. 8)SOADjoe19
Actually no, I did not read yours. I went ahead and posted after reading Miranda's message, since I was running late for work last night. But as usual, our thoughts were the same on this subject...
That should have been expected.
