Yoshi of Super Mario Bros (SNES-Wii)    vs.  Pikachu of Pokemon (GBC-Wii)

Funny that the two who are technically sidekicks face each other. Yoshi is generally more important to Mario's quest than a Pikachu is to a trainer's, but I voted Pikachu because of it's usefulness.
