I think my favourite was  Minion's from Twisted Metal 2.

Taken from the Top 5/6 thread.

After some deep consideration, I came up with these as my top 6.

#1 Roadkill (TM2)
#2 Sweet Tooth (TMHO)
#3 Mr. Slam (TM2)
#4 BrimStone (TMB)
#5 Sweet Tooth (TM1 Lost Ending)
#6 Axel (TM2)

For the rest of the top ten, it would mostly be occupied by TMHO endings.

Wow this is really tough because I seen all the endings so let me here.

I really like Mr. Grimm's ending in Twisted Metal 2 and Sweet Tooth's ending in Twisted Metal: Black so I will give it to both.
