General Game: Discussion Thread

Right now, it's Smackdown! vs. Raw 2006, since I mostly play wrestling games. But other than that, I like to play Grand Theft Auto (all of them on the PS2), Crash Tag Team Racing, Ridge Racer, Jak and Daxter, and many more.

My favourite games are Def Jam,Dbz:Budokai3,Burnout:Revenge,Legacy of Kain(all series):D

I am not playing alot of games right now. But i am playing SvR2006 and I am doing the GM mode

How's Far Cry xbox?

Im playing some shooters now (Call of Duty 2 and Star Wars Battlefront 2)

But although i like sports, i dont really have many games, unless you count boxing or wrestling as a sport

Exactly. That's why the PS3 is gonna have a lot of awesome games, unlike the 360. When it comes down to choice of top quality games, the PS3 is gonna be where its at

X-Box has only a few games. That doesn't go on other consoles, like Halo. Playstation has unlimited with games aonly for that console.The_Last_Ride

Would you consider that to be a bad thing? I think its awesome, but i do miss the Dead or Alvie series, seems they jumped ship to the xbox

Exactly. That's why the PS3 is gonna have a lot of awesome games, unlike the 360. When it comes down to choice of top quality games, the PS3 is gonna be where its at

Here are the three things that make a console great. ( if there's anything more that I forgot too say then tell me )

1. Games:.

That's right but MS is gonna change that I mean look at all the Capcom games on X Box 360 there are like 5 games or more, in X Box there was only one game that I can remember and it was Genma Onimusha and they didn't continue the series. So you guy's we don't know, MS is trying very hard to get good games and they are doing ok for now, lets see the best games on the PS3 now on the X360 too ok.

     a. Resident Evil 4 X360 PS3

     b. MGS4 I guaranty you it will be on the X360 if you guy's read Hideo Blog like me         then you'll see that Hideo Kojima really is thinking about it.

     c. Final Fantasy I never thought that MS can get this game but they did.

2. Graphics:.

If you wanna say Graphics is better on the PS3...., then you really didn't do any research about it, allot of editors say that there is gonna be a little difference or no difference at all in the Graphics, oh and the demo's Sony showed were not from the PS3 except for MGS4.

3. Online:.

So now about Online.... Please you guys we all now and if you did watch The Music and Game Show videos then you'll see that all the editor's at Gamespot said that the only way that Sony is gonna do good on that is if they copy Xbox Live.

If you really don't wanna read what I said on my last post then this might be better. ( if you wanna now anything on my decision's then read my last post )

but look you guy's I'm not a X Box fan nor a PS fan and not even a Nintendo fan you wanna know why cuz each console had great games and I like them all.

And in 2006 or 7 I'll buy the 360, the PS3, and the Rev when it's time.

Nintendo's idea is very smart, I think that they did a very smart move cuz you see X Box and PS3 are Fighting with the same stuff games, graphics etc they come up with a new controller you can't compare Nintendo to MS's X 360 or Sony's PS3 cuz it's different, if hard core gamers want to buy a console will buy them all or at least two so what should they pick PS3 and X 360!!!!

No.. Cuz they want something Fresh, New, and Revolutionary so he will pick PS3 and Rev or X 360 and Rev. (thats what I think)

Me I always buy all the consoles and in this gen most of my games are Xbox cuz I only buy games for PS2 or GC if they are only for that console like GC's Zelda or PS2's God Of War, but if it comes to games in all the consoles I'll have to pick Xbox, but in the next gen games it will be different, Rev's Controller is so interesting that I might buy two games and one will have to be for the Rev. (of course I would only do that if the game is very very interesting and good to use the new Controller with)
