Nothing too harse or complicated
1) Per day you can build an army (this adds 1000 to your army) attack (you should know what that is :) ) defend
(To build army just post something like "builds army" or like that so I can log your armies strength)
2) For battles open a new thread and fight it in there.
3) you can move anywhere. To attack a mother land you MUST take all dominions (eg. to attack last rides motherland you must take out belgium and norway)
4) You can only attack once per day.
 5) if you die become a mercenary! :)
6) I'll occaisionly come in and play as a neutral country or merc.
