Ring of Honor by far. Great writing, actual wrestling, and not focused completely on characters.

TNA doesn't have their talent wrestle for them exclusively like WWE does. Hence why Angle has wrestled in Japan recently. It doesn't mean they own their wrestler's like WWE does. There's no real point in arguing mate, everyone on the board knows that they're seperate companies. Check any wrestling website, even Wikipedia knows it.

Of course ROH. That isn't even a contest. Indy wrestling is the best thing going right now in America, and ROH is the best of the indies so ROH.

I have never once seen a stupid story line in ROH. It's not about predictable drama like WWE with mediocer wrestling. It has some of the best booking in the world, which is the exact opposite of TNA right now. Also, its not glorified spotfests or anything like that.

They aren't on TV. You need to order and watch their DVD's. Though MMA is a lot like UFC.

MMA is UFC, or more appropriately UFC is MMA.

MMA stands for Mixed Martial Arts and its legit fighting, not worked and UFC is to MMA what WWE is to pro wrestling, more or less.

I thought I would confuse him a little if I said one was the other :P As for ROH, its scripted, but done very, very well. MMA is real.

dude, there are TONS of stupid storylines in ROH

1) Special K raving around th clock

2) Christopher Street Connection...

3) Eric Tuttle

4) Jimmy Yang & Bruce Leroy vs. Jimmy Rave & Prince Nana

5) Corino vs. Homicide (no joke, it's was horrid)

there are others, but it mostly involves 2002-2003 where i would SHOOT myself if i had to watch all the dvds from then all the way thru.

If I had to pick the best company currently, it could be Ring of Honor hands down. In their current prime, they should stay in their position. A television deal might wreck their state, but also might not. The way they have shows is great, and no need to worry about PPVs. Sure, a PPV here and there would be fantastic, but not needed.

If we're talking outside ROH, then it'd be WWE, unfortunately.

WTF, man? It involves Bruce f'n Leroy, man. That alone makes it awesome. Plus, I enjoyed Yang vs Rave.

5) Corino vs. Homicide (no joke, it's was horrid)sephy37
A lot of people love it, though, for whatever reason... Except the ending. No one really loved that. As with anything Corino, it seems though, I just don't "get it."

Just try and watch any non-Punk promo from that time period, its freakin' hard, man. The twisted sense of humoRFound at that time is more than a little disconcerting.

As far as my favorite wrestling company (since I am no judge of "the best"), I, too, am gonna have to go with ROH. They have yet to let me down, as I have found something to love in every DVD I've bought from them. They produce wrestling the way I want to see it, something neither WWE or especially TNA is doing at this time.

Yeh but that was when 'the man who shall not be named' was in charge'... Gabe has turned things around since Reborn...

Also, ROH is NOT part of TNA. If it were, then why are like, only 3-5 wrestlers from TNA in ROH? And, do you ever see RoH's name mentioned in TNA PPVs?

For me, Kaiju Big Battel is easily the greatest promotion out there... Monster's, Super Heros, Cardboard boxes... battling and wrestling over large skyscrapers... who doesn't want that?

Well then how can WWE be your best wrestling company then?

You like how much money they make and how well they do for THEMSELVES, but you don't like the wrestling. The VERY reason why you are meant to watch wrestling.

The man loves his business practices, monopolies and moneymaking. What's so wrong with that? There's nothing like jacking up PPV prices while also increasing the frequency of them, all the while being unable to maintain the quality of those same PPVs in order to make another cool million for Vince to swim in

well if that's the case, then UFC is the best company in the world. there ppv's do WAY better and actually generate money without shilling merchandise.

ya but this was at Weekend of Champions 1 or whatever whenever when Yang challenged Rave and Nana to a fight even tho he was gonna be gone by then. Gabe was upset he would do that live.

In the states, Chikara Pro. Not the tightest in ring product around, but the booking is consistent and the workers are all fun to watch.

Ring of Honor's in-ring product is tremendous, but some of the booking is questionable at times.
