Bobby Lashley gone from WWE?????

According to Bobby Lashley's official website www.BobbyLashleyOnline.com, the former ECW Champion has parted ways with World Wrestling Entertainment.

Lashley wrote the following in a forum post:

I am sorry to everyone here but I am serious when I say I won't be back. Everyone wants to come here and hear the real story and I am telling you the real story. Circumstances which are out of my control left me no decision but to leave the WWE. I can't go into details of this now but like I said before sometimes people will hate you personally and try to destroy you which has happened here. Evil has prevailed however like I said before if you continue your struggle doors will open around these people. You have not scene the last of me so please don't stop your support. Add Bobby Lashley to the list of RECENTLY RELEASED!

Nothing has been confirmed by WWE.

From the looks of things I think/hope he's gone.

I'd be lying if I said I was going to lose any sleep over this. Lashley had become one of my least favorite wrestlers in the WWE and while I don't take pleasure in anybody being fired and Lashley seemed like a good guy from what I had, but I don't think the man'll be going hungry or anything. If he's dedicated to being a wrestler, I'd be surprised if he couldn't and he'd be able to get back with the WWE, unless he's done something damn near unforgivable. Jeff Jarrett's probably got a fruit basket en route.

First impression and this is purely speculation, with nothing resembling a factual basis, I guess that this is Wellness related. I have no proof, I'm just jumping to conclusions. All I know is that people don't get that big naturally and whether Lashley has failed a test or not, it'd be hard to tell anyone with a straight face that you were serious about drug testing and performance enhancers when Lashley is walking around backstage. You're stretching it enough when you have Cena's human head sized biceps flexing around.

He was that big yeah so he beat the Big Show for the ECW Championship, which is now being held by Chavo, so if that is the only reason that he's so much of a so called "star in the making" then I must be missing something.:)

- Bobby Lashley has informed WWE that he wants to leave the company. One of the reasons Lashley wants to leave revolve around the fact that he is upset as how his girlfriend Krystal Marshall was treated and released. Marshall refused to be paired with Edge as she would have played a Lita like role, and apparently she feared racial elements being added by creative.

- Lashley also doesn't feel like he has been treated well while he has been out rehabbing his injury. He has had little communication with Vince McMahon, and there have been no firm plans to get him back on TV, even though he is cleared to do so.

- Right now Lashley is still under WWE contract, and if he is serious about wanting out, he would have to negotiate an official release from WWE.

Uh..... Dude 2008 just started25 days ago and now your all ready talking about 2009.

But anyway, Lashley will most likely be gone soon, from WWE's Website, and I think that that was a main reason why he left was because of the whole Kristal thing with her getting fired, and also with WWE wanting Kristal to be with Edge for a storyline too was probably it.

All in all, I think that Lashley won't be going to TNA unless, TNA offers Lashley a big contract to face the likes of Kurt Angle, and Sting, and Samoa Joe.

LOL, but I would just like to add that Lashley's Profile on WWE.COM is gone, so I guess it could be pretty much true as HHH is in the Rumble. :)

I found this on GERWECK.NET this mourning.

It appears Lashley initiated this process, and it apparently had been brewing for sometime as the WWE superstars wants out of the company. From what I am hearing, this appears to be a "nasty breakup" of sorts. Lashley was none to happy about the handling of his girlfriend, Kristal Marshall, who was release in October 2007. We have also heard reports that Lashley had "de-bulked" in recent months. As far as his future plans, much depends on the type of release he secures from WWE. It is rumored he has multiple years remaining on his WWE contract, so it could work out that WWE lets him out to pursue a career in mixed martial arts, but block him from working with any other wrestling organization. This has ear-markings on being a similar deal to WWE releasing Brock Lesnar from his contract to pursue a football career in the National Football League. As always, GERWECK.NET will keep you abreast of any future developments.

So now WWE is giving Lashley his supposed release from the company, but he can go to TNA or any other Pro Wrestling company.
