i don't get it either. but if he changed the name to hbk then the last part would make more sense.

before wrestlemania 13, stone cold won the royal rumble but the wwe wanted it to be bret hart vs. hbk at wm 13 and they were going to have a 4 way between bret, austin, sid, and undertaker to see who would be the one to meet hbk at wm 13. but before the 4 way, shawn didn't want to lose his title to bret so he forfeited it and the 4 way turned into a championship match with the winner being the new champ. bret won the belt and lost it before wm 13.
