Would you be glad to see no more house shows for TNA and WWE anymore? What do you feel they provide in terms of wrestling and do you think they should be scrapped for not intwining with TV storylines?

In my opinion, I think they should. With WWE's already hectic schedule, I don't think its fair on the wrestlers for having to perform for people when they are probably knackered from the show the day before.

I also don't think its fair on the fans. Take a look at this schedule:-

RAW live event

Date: February 4, 2006Time: 7:30 p.m.

WWE Championship
John Cena vs. Edge (w/ Lita)

Big Show vs. Triple H

Intercontinental Championship
Ric Flair vs. Shelton Benjamin

Rob Van Dam & Val Venis vs. "The Masterpiece" Chris Masters & Carlito

Kane vs. Freakin Deacon

Matt Striker Confronts WWE legend and Georgia’s own Ron Simmons

Trish Stratus & Mickie James vs. Victoria & Torrie Wilson

Chavo Guerrero vs. Tyson Tomko

Mike Mizanin & Chris Cage  vs. Spirit Squad

Now, you know who the IC and WWE champions are gonna be don't you? Flair and Cena. It would confuse the TV show RAW if Edge and Benjamin turn up to raw with the title instead of Flair and Cena. I mean if this really is the case, then why should the fans pay money for something they can pretty much predict what is gonna happen?

What's your opinion?

Sometimes the schedules change due to what happens on Raw.

Tough debate indeed.

I agree with you entirely though that House Shows are in fact a main source of spoiling future storylines, PPVs', and general entertainment. Especially when it revolves main-event matches and WWE Titles holders (all of them). It actually has put me off buying PPVs' on Sky Box Office on some occasions, but then again, we could make some of the predictions ourselves.

I think that TNA needs to run more House Shows in order for them to get more publicity and profit. WWE has proved to be successful throughout the world because of House Shows so I think TNA needs to run them often to follow the same path.

Nowadays, WWE test matches at House Shows for future storylines and plans, some before than after though. I don't think it's necessarily bad for fans and crowds considering a show is packed with about eight decent matches at the event.

The WWE schedule is all over the place, but then again that's how it is on the road for the superstars. However, I think WWE should limit House Shows throughout the year for the US on the whole. They should also consider not revealing any matches if they continue to spoil future programming throughout them.

About 5 years. He wrestles for OVW. I know Christian has been wrestling longer, but Chris Cage has been using the name longer.

i think the WWE should impliment an off season for everyone. have only low mid carders and new talent wrestle during the off season to boost their popularity and get them over. this will also let the main eventers and the higher mid carders time to rest because they are the ones who are expected to do the most during the year. i say have the season be from november until august and have the 15th of august until 15th of november be like the off time.

well, actually Christian used Cage when he first started wrestling, im sure that it was more than five years ago, and about the house show, i really enjoy them, just baiscally because i live in South Dakota, they dont have any RAWs or Smackdown!s here so when they actually have house shows i go to them, yeah they might throw off the storyline but crappy wrestlers then get to work on there on there skills, but that is just my opinion.

that would be unique... i dont know how well it would work as i doubt WWE fans would care enough to expand their minds, but it would be an excellent way to show off WWE's "talent"
