I guess I'm the only one who likes Cactus Jack. Mainly because of the hardcore match with HHH at RR 2000 (I think) something about that match was very entertaining to me.
Tough one. Dude Love had some of the best entrance music in a sense and its how Foley got in the eyes of some people, but Cactus is what got Foley over big in multiple places, including Japan. I probably could have choosen if I didn't read his book...

I'd go with Cactus Jack cause he's best know for that world wide more than the others from his time overseas doing all the death matches and other crazy s*** he did.
I was gonna vote for Mankind,but not the good ole Mankind that wears a sock and hung out with The Rock,I would have voted for the demented psychopath that on his first night on WWE tv on Raw attacked The Undertaker and began one of the most brutal and violent feuds in WWE history.
