I was just watching his tribute video two days ago, and I tear up watching the video.
This Saturday, I'm popping into my DVD player the enitre Eddie Guerrero Tribute show from RAW. The DVD came with the Best of RAW 2009-2010 DVD collection that I bought from Walmart.
I loved how he cheated in his matches. I don't think anyone could pull it off like he did. They call Flair the dirtiest player in the game, but looking at some of Eddie's later matches, you'd think that title belonged elsewhere. I didn't know much about him or quite like him at first. I didn't care much for his "latino heat" gimmick with Chyna. When he started what would be his last gimmick though, he quickly became a favorite of mine. He made good wrestlers look even better, and became one of the primary reasons to watch the WWE in those years. He was my favorite wrestler. He was up there with The Rock to me at that point.
I don't quite feel that he would fit in with this "generation" of the WWE for several reasons. I don't think he'd still be in the WWE if he was alive today. I could see him fueding with Miz, Jericho and CM Punk. Those would be some great fueds, and they would be hard to mess up. Still, it's a different time. I'm thankful for the good things he gave us while he was here with us. No one will replace him.
[QUOTE="Dark_Hylian8"]What does everyone think Eddie would be doing if he were still alive? I think he would be on Raw by now, possibly doing the same thing as before.KevyRI honestly think he would be done with wrestling at this period or play the GM role or something.
That would be my thoughts aswellÂ
