You'll have to Create-a-PPV. During any type of one-on-one match (singles, ladder etc.), before you start the match it'll ask if you want to defend the title, then say yes. Your opponent will be the champion automatically. You can do his in any one-on-one match in a CAPPV, the Championship does not stick with any wrestler.
