Yeah and the F-5 is a spinnig standing firemans carry. so.........
Not neccesarly. If I remember right Brock Lesners was a spinning firemans carry and then it looked like he hit a DDT at the end.
Nah he just kinda floped them off and had his arm ovet there head.
The Nastyest F-5 ever was done to A-Train.
TheGm86
But still he bashes their head of the mat.

True. But part of that is the victim to the move's job.

yeah I guess your right.
IMHO it is not lame, but then again, I am a John Cena fan. Anways, I thought the version of the F-U where he would drop them, looked like it hurt more, than the version where he lands with them. But at least the landing F-U looks like it hurts more, than moves such as the Worm, People's Elbow, Lionsault and Tornado Punch (all of these which have been used to win a match).
IMHO, the Running Boot to the face was a lame finisher.

You hve to admit, nothing tops the leg drop in sheer lameness.
And...you just noticed this? lol. Seriously tho, the F-U is painless when done properly. I've done it many times before to friends, when landing on a mat it really doesn't hurt at all.wwervin
IF done properly almost any move can be painless (I've personally tried chockslam on a friend). As for F-U, well I have seen better finishers in my life, and worth for that matter.

While I agree the Hogan Leg Drop did not look like it hurt a lot, it did have the WOW factor to make-up for that and than some.
Anways, nothing beats Test doing the Running Boot to the Face and The Texas Tornado doing the Tornado Punch, both in my book for some of the lamess wrestling finishers ever.
Its fine, the crowd pops for it, and thats whats important in a finisher, more than anything. Occasionally, he does hit a very good one too. I'm fine with it, as long as it keeps him from using the 5 knuckle shuffle as a finsher.The_Dude14
If the rock can have the People's Elbow as his finisher instead of the Rock Bottom, then the day will come when the 5 knuckle shuffle will be Cena's finisher.

That's exactly what I'm afraid of, the People's Elbow started the same way, the announcers would even make fun of it, when he was a heel. The day the 5 Knucle Shuffle is sold as a finisher is the day I give up entirely on Cena.NOTE: Cena has actually pinned someone with it once and I a little piece of me died inside when the three came down.

It was OJ. he gave him the F-U ran to the ropes and punched JBL i think the did the Shuffle to win. and yes it is a lame move.

Well, at least the Five Knucle Shuffle is better than using the Worm to pin people with IMHO. A fancy slap to the chest for the 3-count, is the weakest finisher I haver ever seen, with the Tornado Punch being number # 2.
Well, if he did the F-U right before that, I do not think there is anything wrong with using the Shuffle for the win. I guess, we can call that the F-U special, just like how The Rock had The Rock Bottom Special. The only time it made sense for The Rock to pin people with the People's Elbow, is when he did The Rock Bottom Special.
Shuffle is to lame to be a finisher. What's next? Hard punch?!GVETA
Already happened, the Texas Tornando did the Tornado Punch as his finisher. Also, William Regal was using a punch for his finisher for a while, but at least it was used with a weapon most of the time, so it made more sense to pin people with that.

Wasn't that Crush's finisher when he came back from jail or whatever it was that made him look like a thug?
You know, if someone who's never seen wrestling before, and the watches some peoples finishers, could get the impression that they could dominate the ring with just a leg drop, Big Boot, elbow drop, and hard punch in thier arsenal.Biggestgeekeveri dont mind the leg drop ( if its off the top rope ) but i get tired of seeing the other ones :|

Actually the Texas Tornado's finisher was twice as lame as the Tornado punch. It was called the Claw, and it was pretty much Kerry Von Erich putting his hand on your face, while the opponent sells the move and gives up. The Tornado punch was the move's oversold setup.
Wat was the last NEW finisher that actually looked painful??? F-5?? That was 3 years ago. Somebody better make another good finisher quick. Maybe Boogieman.Chicago_Nut
Maven actually came up with a good finisher. However, he was too busy being jobbed out and getting fired to actually use it.

Oh yeah! You are right, the Claw was his finisher and the Tornado punch was the lame set-up move. Yea, the Claw has to be the lamest submission hold I have ever seen, it does not even look believeable IMHO.
lamest finisher in the games is the worm and the 619 because during the RR youcouldn't knock him off while he was doing thatKotenks
619 is not really a finisher though, it is more of set-up move to the West-Coast-Pop. I do not remember Rey Mysterio ever pinning anyone for the 1-2-3 with the 619, so that means it is not a finisher, it is only a set-up move.
