Ken Doane (Kenny) Charged with Warrant.

Doane was served with the warrant last night at the Raw taping in Charlottesville, Virginia and has a court date set for August 31 in Roanoke, Virginia.

This all started in early July when a fan, Jason Wilson, claims to have approached Doane and Mickie James after a Roanoke event for autographs as they were in a car stopped at a redlight. Mickie agreed to do so but Wilson claims when the light turned green, Doane allegedly started to take off with Wilson's sign causing Wilson to fall and his sign to tear.

Wilson is claming a strain shoulder (his left) and at the time promised to file an warrant saying "And it's not my fault he did what he did. I'm innocent and I'm going to take a warrant out. And nobody's going to stop me over my dead body!"

That's pretty sad.  You're that hard up for an autograph that you have to stalk them at a red light?  Get a life. 

I love getting autographs like anyone from my favorite wrestlers, but he's an idiot.  And Kenny didn't have to yank the sign from the kid and drive off.  If he was going to do that, he should have signed it and threw it out the window. 

I guess Kenny is getting over his head now that he is a WWE Superstar. I guess he wants to act like a "Celebrity" where they just take off and run when some fan ask for an autograph.KevyR

actually he did do something wrong, the one thing he did wrong was that when there is a pedestrian  in the street, cross walk or not, you are to yield to the pedestrian, pedestrians have right away at all times, if im wrong about any of that, oh well, but i do know traffic is to yield to pedestrians. but other than that that guy seems like he just wants to get money out of it, doubt he will though.
