WWE Raw and TNA Impact Ratings
Posted by Larry Csonka on 03.09.2010

How did the shows do?

- Last night's edition of WWE Monday Night Raw scored a 3.4 cable rating.

- Last night's edition of TNA Impact scored a 1.0 cable rating.

We will update with more details as they come in, but the TNA Impact rating has to be considered a major disappointment considering that the show featured the in-ring returns of Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair.

Epic fail.

Edit: I guess it was even worse...

As mentioned earlier, Raw did a 3.4 rating. The show did hours of 3.25 and 3.5. They averaged 5,091,000 viewers.

Impact did a 0.98 rating, which rounds up to a 1.0. The show did 1,361,000 viewers.

I'm so LOL right now at the TNA ratings. I guess SpikeTV is not happy with this result. Looks like maybe a move back to Thursday if don't do something quick to pick up ratings.

This statement may be because of the fact I haven't seen iMPACT since the first Monday night visit, but did they mention that they were moving to Mondays at all? Besides that, like another user said on TV.com, TNA couldn't have picked a worse time to move to monday nights -- during the build-up for Wrestlemania!

yes, they have talked about it a lot... little do they know, people dont care about wrestlers they stopped caring for many years ago...

i eat my words i said earlier about liking what theyre doing, its become nothing but using younger talent to put over the guys who are being brought in

poor Joe ):

TNA made no effort to spread advertising over this at all, I watched a lot of TV in the last two weeks, and never saw a TNA commercial with the exception of Raw last night before my cable cut out.

That is not true. They have advertising in several places, even the Discovery/Science channels when Survivorman and the other shows are on.

this sucks though!... TNA clearly had the better show last night! But oh well it's gonna be hard for TNA to win the ratings against all those little kids watching WWE now

Hey guys, remember, WCW was winning the ratings and then WWE came out as the underdog. This could hap....I can't type this with a straight face. I would pay good money to see Hulk's reaction to this.

I am guessing not all that high, seeing how the numbers are not reported.

AM Raw usually gets a .5 and its just a one hour recap show. Put two and two together and you guys tell me what you'd expect the rating for a Raw replay could be?

Your number is off.

- The March 6th edition of WWE AM Raw scored a 0.51 rating, with 565,000 viewers. [Credit: Pwinsider.com]

- The February 27th edition of WWE AM Raw scored a 0.7 cable rating, with 903,000 viewers.

- The December 5th edition of WWE AM Raw scored a 0.8 rating.

The October 3rd edition of WWE AM Raw scored a 0.6 rating.

Actually, the number I gave was for the most recent and that was low for them. So yeah, way to fail even harder TNA
