With the suspension of CM Punk, WWE Champion John Cena's Money in the Bank opponent will be determined on a Fourth of July edition of Monday Night Raw. Who will prevail in a No. 1 Contender's Triple Threat Match between Del Rio, Mysterio and R-Truth?

Warning: CM Punk is not on the show...BUT it looks to be a good Raw anyways and the Cena/Vince stuff is supposed to be great.

Cena's opening promo was brilliant. How often can I say that?

Truth's good news certainly wouldn't go down well in the UK. Senor Jimmy!

Woo Woo Woo, random appearances know it.

Holy cow, there's a Senor Jimmy sign in the crowd. Fans work quickly.

Cena said he gets it. He then said it's not what he signed up for. He said he busts his ass for Vince and he believes the belt stands for something. He said Vince is worried that the belt is meaningless, but by sending Punk away he made it meaningless. Cena handed the belt to Vince and walked out.

The July 4th RAW should stop there, with the fired stipulation being added next week. It'd be better for building up interest.

after watching raw i'm less hyped about this especially since punk wasn't there. i hope Punk does win so the wwe does something unexpecting and break from the norm.

No because there is only one Raw left before the PPV. How would the go-home show look and the PPV interest happen if Cena doesn't show up until the end of the show for the Vince stuff or if Punk wasn't on it at all?

You should never pretend to be a booker, you suck at concepts like drawing money and PPV promoting. Then again neither do most of the WWE's writers, but they're at least not some 12 year old ranting over the internet.

Wait, sephy37!

So you're saying firing John Cena wouldn't solve WWE's problems?

Ye numbers are the wrong way round, but the point you made that I've left in your quote is actually a good'un. Forgot there's only one Raw left.

I was thinking he would challenge for Punk's title... but that sounds good too.
