Sooo, Shawn Michaels is taking time off, Triple H is taking time off, Cena wants to take time off, Batista is rumored to turn heal, and Kennedy (who just put one foot back in the door) is now gone. Good luck at being the only baby face main eventer MVP! WWE are gonna have to start pushin people quick. Only hopefuls I see are Kofi and maybe Santino. Unless Goldust, Hornswoggle, and Festus are gonna suddenly be a match for Legacy.
They should have just done like a full body cast gimmick for Kennedy. They got away with putting a cast on Bob Orton for like years. Throw Kennedy's hand in a cast, and call it a day. If I was Kennedy, I would just be like "nope, no pain here! I'm perfectly ok! Let's go out there and put on a show guys!" I'd be too ashamed to admit I was hurt again.
Maybe it's for the best. I have been feeling so bad for him every time Kennedy would come out and try to be so cool on his mic, and nobody in the crowd would respond at all to him. He would barely get any kind of pop at all. I thought he was kinda cool. It's really a shame that he is so injury prone. Time to get a desk job. Or manage someone.
He's gonna come back. I just really hope that he doesn't go to TNA. For the love of Jesus, do NOT go to TNA.
[QUOTE="Dark_Hylian8"]He's gonna come back. I just really hope that he does go back to WWE. For the love of Jesus, Go back to WWE.Link256Fixed.
Re-Fixed.
What do you think TNA would do with him? TNA Champion once maybe? I seriously think he will return to WWE.
Well the biggest reason he'd go there is to show WWE how well he can do if pushed right and stays injury free. That is probably the best argument that could be made for why if Mr. Anderson is going to stay in the wrestling business, he should go to TNA.Just look at what Christian did. He used TNA as a platform to get himself more over.sephy37
Not sure if it was mentioned yet, but the reason Kennedy was fired was NOT because he's injury prone, has a big mouth, and isn't liked...it's because he dropped Orton on his head. He could have possibly injured Orton or worst case scenario...cripped him. This is why Orton started stiffing him and even injured his wrist.
All from PWInsider's Elite audio news thing. Here's the quote I got this from
Listened to PWI Elite Audio. Kennedy was fired because he dropped Orton on his head by accident. Orton was furious & WWE Officials were pissed for "almost injuring the WWE Champion", thus he was fired. Orton ending up stiffing Kennedy after & even hurt his wrist because of how Orton hit the RKO on him.
WWE had big plans for him for a feud with Orton, but dropping Orton on his head = a release now.
Also, that means his WWE No-compete clause ends in August, so if TNA brings him in, then's when we'll see him.
If he wasn't so injury prone and didn't make an ass of himself in the news about the Benoit/steroids stuff, then I doubt he would have been fired. Just punished or not pushed for a long time.
[QUOTE="VanDerSar01"]Okay, now his return is worse than Kevin Nash's.sephy37Kennedy actually made it to the ring. Last time I remember Nash returned, he cancelled on TNA the night before. In Kevin Nash's defense, even than, he was not exactly a spring chicken.
What the **** is Kennedy's excuse?
Jim Ross on Kennedy's Release: Sorry to year that 33 year old Mr. Kennedy was released at the end of the week by WWE. Kennedy got the old "future endeavored" send off that has happened to many. If Kennedy can remain healthy, one would like to think that he his string of injuries is behind him, and can continue with his career in the relatively near future many feel Kennedy has the skills to be a main eventer on a consistent basis. Kennedy is a studious guy and likely won't find it difficult to secure work. Sometimes a fresh start is good for a wrestler and I hope that's the case for Kennedy or what ever his next wrestling name will be.

The early word on why Mr. Kennedy received his surprising release from World Wrestling Entertainmentyesterday was that in addition to injuring himself yet again, his nearly injuring Randy Orton was the straw that broke the camel's back.
Kennedy returned to RAW this past Monday night after spending ten months on the shelf rehabbing a badly injured shoulder. In his first match back, during a spot in the main event with Randy Orton, Kennedy injured his wrist.
However the more important issue in the eyes of WWE management was that Orton nearly re-injured his bad shoulder as a result of an errant move on the part of Kennedy.
According to sources, Orton and Kennedy had words backstage after the show, although it was said it wasn't heated. Apparently Orton very calmly dressed Kennedy down, explaining he has to be more careful so he doesn't injure anyone else in the ring.
WWE.com confirmed the release of Mr. Kennedy on the website yesterday in their "Industry News" tab.

Well, im in the minority as I thought Mr Kennedy was a strong character. He had a charisma about him that Orton and Batista just dont seem to have. Kennedy was always buyable. When it came to mic presence and charisma, he was always top notch (IMO).
But as everyone knows his ring work is below par. He was never really healthy enough to improve upon it, so I cant blame WWE for releasing him. When hes dropping the champ on his head, theres cause for concern. Whether he was really injured or not last Monday, its ONE match back. If the guy cant keep healthy for that, hes worthless.
If another GOOD face goes down though, it wouldnt suprise me if WWE gave him the Cryme Tyme vacation.Â
Just from what ive seen lately, since WWE is pure crap nowadays IMO, hence my lack of recent posts.Â
That made my day. I believe in miracles :)sephy37and your a person who has no respect for the business or the industry, i have been a fan for over 20 years, your just someone who shows a lack of respect.
