I was recently at the Adult Swim Union and I noticed they were doing something similar to us. They had what they called an Officer Election. I think the WWEverything Union should do something like this in the future. hbk91 would decide who hasn't been doing a good job as an officer and remove them from that position, then, a couple of users would be added to the Officer Election list and the current officers would get to vote on who they think would be the best choice. This would give all the officers a chance to voice their opinions. Does anyone liket his idea?
I actually like the idea! In fact for the next Hiring and Firing Edition (V4) we will have a vote for 2 recruits to be promoted and 2 officers demoted. ;)
Just do your officer duties and nothing will happen. Besides it's not supposed to put pressure on the Officers, it's just to let them get a say in the next officer hiring.
Its kinda like Big Brother when you think about it. Nominate 2 people to get demoted and nominate 2 people to get promoted. The users with the most nominees will have their position decided by moi. :P
Oh and no voting for yourself. I am also aware of users with computer problems/exams so if I find the voting a tad bit unfair I will change some of the final decision. You all must put reasons for who you want in and out.

We should not vote for who is demoted. BEcause that would be unfair. But I guess that most of us are doing a good job but for the officers that are not, hbk should pick instead of the recruits

Nope. And I was thinking how about just make it so hbk91 votes on who is demoted. I don't want to start a war here where people argue about being demoted so it would be more fair that way.
