Over the top and unnecessary move?

Another fall out from the Benoit tragedy is that Vince has banned wrestlers from using any form of choke or strangulation move. Vince feared that the media would use new footage of these holds against the company. Talent and producers now must go to Vince to get special dispensation for any move of that type before they can use them.

They Cant Possibly ban Chokeslams, it really isnt even choking the opponent, just picks him up by the throat and slams him, unless once they were slamed they would be choked

Good thing CM Punk has the GTS, and not his other move from when he frist started wrestling on ECW.

I don't think I will hurt Kane to much, this could help and hurt some superstars, like I think it will hurt The Ungreat Khali with his double handed chokeslam, and the same goes for the Boogeyman, with his double handed falling chokeslam.
