The usual trend in WWE pertaining to firing superstars, or as some might call it "Future Endeavoring", is to do so following Wrestlemania. It's main purpose is to give WWE some breathing room by releasing superstars who have consistently failed to get over, are constantly injured, and/or are just not worth the money. With WWE Raw ratings continually plummeting, it's only a matter of time before somebody in Talent Relations is forced to give out the pink slips. Here's who I believe should be released: 1. Sin Cara He is always injured, cannot get through a match without a botch, and really doesn't have anybody to feud with when he is active. Future Endeavor this guy and send him back to Mexico where he exceeds and belongs. 2. Rey Mysterio Same as Sin Cara in always being injured, but his age is the main factor. Ever since he "returned" and starting tagging with Sin Cara, I can only remember one promo he did which was done on a Raw Active Poll night for a match against Punk that he wasn't chosen for. His time has come and gone and if he isn't released this year, he must be sometime next year. I will say that I want to see him in a farewell match at Wrestlemania because he deserves it. 3. Natalya She has been neglected and abused worse than when Debra was married to Steve Austin. She needs to be released and given an opportunity somewhere where she'll be appriciated; TNA most likely. 4. Zack Ryder Same as Natalya. He worked very hard to come up with the "Long Island Story" webseries and WWE completely undercut him and stole that idea to use with other superstars. He's been lowballed one to many times and needs to be given a fresh start somewhere else; either TNA or New Japan Pro Wrestling. 5. David Otunga Others include Hornswoggle, Great Khali, Rosa Mendes, Ezekiel Jackson, Yoshi Tatsu, Alex Riley, and The Miz.

This is Hornswoggle's 8th year with WWE. Let that sink in.

I feel bad saying "FIRE THIS ASSHOLE ALREADY" because I've seen some interviews with him away from the ring where he seems like a genuinely good guy but....come on.

^ OR... turn him heel. Maybe they could make a movie tie in with the leprechaun franchise where he kayfabe attacks other superstars seriously injuring them and as a result, the superstars need to take 4-6 weeks off to "heal."

Primo, Epico- Makes room for new talent coming in

R-Truth- Become more stale than a bag of month old cereal; couldnt draw when given opportunities

Christian- Dont care for him anyways and is hurt still (i think)

Swagger- For the shenanigans he pulled; total lack of respect for the business

DiBiase- Wont happen, but is the least bit entertaining

Hawkins- Why is he still on the roster?

Seems to be a big push of new talent so why not go with it and move out talent that couldnt get over and give new talent the opportunity to do what ppl being released couldnt do... you're bound to have some busts, but at least you're not giving the same ppl opportunities when we know the result already

Del Rio - either release him as he's boring IMO, or put him back as a jobbing heel

Darren Young - weak link in that tag team

Heath Slater - maybe allow McIntyre and Jinder to blossom

Randy Orton. Do something other than a "sequel to a lame Cena Movie" or "Going to the Papers if you have to" or gtfo.

Rey Mysterio should NOT be fired, but it's definitely time for him to retire.

RKO still has way too much draw as a babyface w/ the Cena fans... Can also draw ppl back if he goes back to his psycho heel gimmick again... I'd say lets keep him... ADR will be kept to bring in the pesos amigo (he's the new 619)

I've never really been a guy to advocate firing anybody... but like a true hypocrite can I make a suggestion: WWE Creative. Get rid of the soap opera writers and simplify things. Put somebody with a wrestling background and a good mind in charge of each show and let the talent make pitches for their characters and feuds. How often do we hear about talented guys getting railroaded because Creative had nothing for them? Now, this may be a stand by excuse for some wrestlers who don't try, who just sit back waiting on Creative to come up with something for them. However, isn't it also telling how many of the best feuds and most memorable moments don't seem to involve the very people who should be responsible for their creation? The way I understand it, which, to be fair, is based entirely on hearsay, the best feud... like ever, HBK-Jericho had very little Creative involvement... it certainly never carried their stink of iniquity that permeates what they normally produce. I suppose I'm just tired of blaming, right or wrong, Creative for everything. If John Cena has to be unbearable, at least let it be Cena's fault. If Daniel Bryan is going to be a punchline, let it be DB who's writing the jokes. If Sheamus is going to give Roderick Strong a run for his money on cutting the worst promos I've ever heard, let it be because he really is that goofy, awkward and disingenuous fella.

^I honestly think they should hire Jericho as a writer after he has finally reached the end of his in-ring days. They could at least make him the supporting writer just in case he needs random bits of time off for his band. He's usually in control of his own storylines, or if given a certain road to go down he will end up modifying certain areas so that it actually works and becomes less cheesy. Let me put it like this: he's no Hogan or Vince McMahon. He's in it to create talent and make people look good. Surely if he can do this in-ring, he'll be able to do it via a script. They should also add Paul Heyman into the frame, and then the writing team would just be unstoppable.

This would be an interesting discussion: what wrestlers would make great creative writers.

The_Dude, do you really believe that HBK-Jericho is the best feud of all time? Please say yes.

HBK/Jericho was the best feud in the last 10 years, and personally one of my favorite feuds of all time. It was a combination of Jericho creating one of the greatest heel turns (And generally becoming one of the better heels of all time), HBK becoming much darker with his character, the personal elements brought into the feud, the quality of their matches (Also, each encounter became more epic as they went along), and the feud didn't overstay its welcome. It was pretty much perfect in every sense of the word.
The sad part of all this was realizing that WWE themselves don't consider it a great feud.

They didn't add it to their list of greatest rivalries. In fact, you might realize that no Chris Jericho rivalry made the list. I believe that Jericho/Michaels should have made the Top 5, Jericho/Rock should have made the Top 20, and Jericho/Benoit - Jericho/Stephanie could have arguably made the list, too.
