Most definitely The Rock. (He doesn't have a major injury to worry about, except for all of the tattoo needle holes going every which way on his upper left side. :P)
I have to agree with Jackov if it was not for the injury I would go with Stone Cold but he has one so The Rock. (although I don't think The Rock is "Legend" status yet but that is me)
If it was for wrestling or entertainment it would be the Rock, but if it was for guest appearances or as guest refferee Austin. It would be all Austin except entertainment if it wasnt for the injuries.

Rock i prefer him coming back making a suprise appearance and beating the crap out of someone, its so cool when you here his music and u no something cool is going to happen, although that can be sed for Austin as well
