Well that figures that Triple H will win at WM 22, I would be surprised if he didn't.

I'm interested to see this promo.... I just can't wait to hear the fans tear Cena up in Chicago, because they are die-hard WRESTLING fans.

i would love to see the reaction on Cena's face when he gets booed terribly, even when he comes to my town for a house show he will probably get booed to the point of no return, he is a terrible wrestler and has really no in-ring skills, he must do a lot of ass kissing for him to hold the title for damn near one year, but of course all of you guys know this about how terrible Cena is, I just have to say it

Wrong.  Cena does have wrestling ability, he proved that a few years ago.  But this thread isn't about Cena, I'll leave it at that.

Back to the promo: I have to question the credibility of this article.  It offers no evidence whatsoever to backup it's claim.  I do agree that HHH will win at Mania, but whoever wrote that article should get in some kind of trouble.

A transcript of the new promo for the upcoming WWE Backlash PPV (RAW brand) on April 30 in Lexington, KY may have spoiled the outcome of the WWE Championship Match between John Cena and Triple H.

The transcript is as follows:

Triple H: "At Backlash, The Game begins"

Shawn Michaels: "At Backlash, there is no tomorrow"

Big Show: "At Backlash, you can't run"

Chavo Guerrero: "At Backlash"

Ric Flair: "At Backlash"

Carlito: "At Backlash, the future starts"

Rob Van Dam: "The questions end"

Edge: "At Backlash"

Kane: "I will find you"

Edge: "Destroy you"

Chris Masters: "At Backlash, I'll make you suffer"

Voiceover: "At Backlash"

Shelton Benjamin: "At Backlash"

John Cena: "At Backlash, I'll take what's mine"

Credit: Dave Scherer @ PWInsider.com

There you go guys, hope that helped. The Cena quote is really the only one that matters in this story, you notice he says "I'll take what's mine" the only thing I can think of that he could be talking about is the WWE Title. This sucks either way though because we will have to sit through Cena vs. HHH AGAIN. Damn, i'm tired of this feud.

That's better, now we know what they mean.  You'd think WWE would try to do a better job of concealing future plans.

Where's the spoiler?  Many heels have gotten several chances at the title take Jericho, Carlito and Angle (Carlito got at least 2 on Raw when he was the IC champion.)

John Cena says "I'll take what's mine".  What could he possibly be talking about that he doesn't already have?  The only logical explanation is that he'll be chasing the title again.

well i have known that hhh will get the belt at wm, but i dont want cena getting it back... :(

defend it against...edge...um, ric flair? raw doesn't really have a good supporting cast for this.

but all they need to do is hold it off for 5 months, then rvd can take it from him with his win (hopefully) at MITB.

RVD & Shelton should be the next two to really get a shot at the title.  RVD is my pick for the next person to hold the belt.  I really wish Cena had wretled better, maybe HHH wouldn't get the belt again.

sorry dude but do you honestly believe the only reason HHH is getting the belt again is because Cena can't wrestle. and if you really think guys like Shelton and RVD are going to get even a hint of a world title push then you are going to really disappointed. im not getting at you personally but i dont understand given the facts how you can believe this.

^ Okay I totally agree with you about the politics involved with HHH winning the title again and not being based on Cena's wrestling ability. However, I don't agree with what you've said about Shelton and RVD really. I don't see why you can't see either of them getting a push for the title. Out of the superstars scheduled for MITB II at WM22, I can definitely see the likes of RVD winning the match and the title shot, no doubt about that.

Ok, I didn't make myself clear and that's my bad.  I know that the fact that Cena can't wrestle is not the only reason HHH is getting the title.  My point is that, IMO, it is the only legitimate reason he is getting it.  Everything else behind it is because of his political power within the company, and I really hate when people use power for there own benefit and take things away from others.  HHH basically does what he wants when he wants with ought any worries of repercussions.  I also do really see Shelton or RVD getting a shot at the title in the near future.

Ok lets look at who has been champion in the last two years:

HHH

Cena

JBL

Batista

Kurt Angle

With the exception of angle, none of the above can wrestle and the only reason they got the title is because of politics/business. in cena and batistas case, the little kids go nuts for them so the WWE constantly pushes them for the merchandising profits. I am 26 years old and have grown up with the WWF/WWE and am disgusted and dis-illusioned with what it has become. i would love to see the likes of rvd and shelton get pushes and title runs but after the edge fiasco and the continued pushing of guys like cena, i just dont see it happening. I would love them to prove me wrong but on the evidence and based on their actions, i just see the titles going back and forth between the above 5, and orton and mysterio for the next 12 months.

And im sorry but giving guys like rvd and shelton a mere shot is not good enough. edges title run was a disgrace when you look at the work he has put in over the last 10-15 years. shelton, personally, i dont think has been in the company long enough and has not done enough to deserve a big title, but guys like rvd, booker t, edge, benoit etc. all deserve title runs way way more than anyone listed above.

Brock Lesnar=6 months and he was champion, and Shelton coached him. I think Shelton could hold the title. Edge should get a title shot also. I see the next RAW PPV after Backlash being HHH vs. Kane or Edge

I think that both of them has talent. It's that Cena has been pretty lazy in the ring, you can tell he's talent by his earlier matches. As for HHH, he has talent, the only thing I don't like about him is his backstage presence. Have you ever seen a bad HHH match. I haven't, he made a match with Big Show somewhat entertaining.

Ok lets look at who has been champion in the last two years:

HHH can wrestle IMO, maybe if he wasnt related to Vince, he'd probably showed that...

Cena= one of the worst wrestlers alive

JBL= same as Cena!

Batista= way better than Cena, and has wrestling skills IMO

Kurt Angle...i dont think i need to say it :P

Now for the ones i think should get a title run, Benoit, everytime he goes out there he does his best, one of the best wrestlers right now.

Orton, one thing i agree with WWE...future of WWE, he's got the wrestling skills, and is one of the best heels right now...he does such a great job at it, that i actually hate him!

HBK always puts a great show, and the fans are always behind him, no matter if he's a heel or a face, and has a lot of wrestling skills.

RVD he's the whole f'n show! he can do it all.

Now for the future...like in about 2 to 3 years, i would like to see Carlito because he has great mic skills, and every week shows us somethin new, Masters has been improvin a lot, and Lashley...

Now as for the WM spoiler, you all said that HBK says on that promo that there's no tomorrow, so that probably means that the angle between him and Vince will probably continue...*coughs*that sucks!*cough*

thats the worst part of it Cena does have ring ability and its not that hes lazy, Vince is so terrified of Cena getting injured that he makes every match he does the same thing every time to limit the risk, i dont think cena is lazy. and as for HHH, if you can honestly say to me that Batista vs HHH at mania, backlash etc. last year were good "Wrestling" matches than i have nothing more to say to you.

so true. if you were to watch his debut match against angle and watch one of his matches today the difference is staggering. he pulled out more moves in his debut match then he has done in the last 12 months combined. the guy has talent but because vince is obessesed with making the next Rock type international superstar he wont let cena stretch his ring legs for fear of injury

we obviously have drastically different views on what constitutes wrestling skills. as far as im concerned when you watch the likes of aj styles, chrisopher daniels, samoa joe, austin aries, roderick strong etc. from TNA and ROH, you cant possibly consider the likes of batista to have wrestling skills. all his matches are just carbon copies of previous ones where he hits the exact same moves like the spinebuster and batista bomb. my issue with hhh, jbl, batista and the company is they have no repitoire/variety; their matches focus on the same 4-5 moves every time.
