what about raven?
...
...
lol :P
well Raven beat AJ Styles, Abyss, Sean Waltman, and Monty Brown at Slammiversay in a King of the Mountain match and became the NWA champ. he lost the belt in Canada right before the TNA premiere on SpikeTV to Jeff Jarret.
well he was "feuding" with Larry Zbyszko because he thought he was to blame, so he would make Raven face random people at PPV's and if he lost at Final Resolution, he would be fired. Well Zbyszko brought out Sean Waltman (surprising he showed up) and he beat Raven. So they escorted Raven and blah. he's gone.
in reality, he has been extremely exhausted lately and wants to spend some time off. he'll be back soon tho. there's a plan for him to come back with "the woman" in his life (Christy Hemme) and feud with Jarret for the screwjob in Canada.
[QUOTE="BestGame92"]I was wondering what happened to Christy.Damn though, why the are WWE wrestlers going to TNA a lot now?Whos next,Triple H?! sephy37

he probably will get "fired." when vince is ready to hand the company to Paul, he'll probably be in a "retirement" or "you're fired" match.

Because they don't get what they want in WWE. Christian is a perfect example of this. In WWE he was barely a mid-carder, then when he goes to TNA they give him the NWA Championship in only a few months. Another reason why they go to TNA is because they don't have to work as hard.
WWE=Several shows almost every week of the year. Traveling pretty much everyday.
TNA=2 shows every 2 weeks, not including PPVs. Only one city.

well Christian was high midcard.
and yeah, TNA has several advantages over WWE.
1) lighter work schedule. 2 shows a month, 1 ppv, and soon, house shows but not that often.
(it isn't 2 shows every 2 weeks, they tape on a tuesday night and they do both shows for the next 2 weeks on it)
2) more exposure. say if Helms quit the WWE and went to TNA, he would be pushed into the X Division and would have matches with Daniels, Styles, and Joe that weren't squashes.
3) more control. TNA gives their guys more creative control in the way of gimmicks, promos, and matches.
4) if TNA becomes big, these guys will be recognized right away.
5) no Eddie Guerrero bashing
there are more, but idk what else to say

Nice, i am so happy that he will be coming back, i kinda thought that he would, but i hope that he wins the title again, i want to actually see him with the title, when he won if before, i missed it because they didnt have a tv deal at the time, and i would really like to see him win it one more time.
The fact thatChristian can go to TNA from WWE and become NWA champion is NOT a good tihng. It's the reason why people call TNA WWE junior. when a WWE Upper Mimdcarder can go to TNA and get a major championship in just a few months that's actually kinda sad. SwimPUNK
it also shows that TNA can recognize REAL talent. the fans know that Christian is one of the best wrestlers around today, and have you been watching WWE lately? Masters, Cena, Henry all in the upper mid - main eventer. wow...just wow. oh and all the true talent in the WWE aren't main eventers. the only ones are Angle and HBK

Shawn Michaels really isnt a main eventer anymore, he is more like a high midcarder, it really pisses me off to, the last time he won the championship was after the first elimination chamber match, then he lost it right away, i would think that they should give him another shot again pretty soon
He is on a break because of a storyline he was involved in where if he lost he was fired. He lost, but he will be back sometime in the future.

Yeah, i heard he had to take time off because of some injury or something.

Its more of a good thing than a bad thing
A. It shows TNA knows talent
B. And sends a message to all mis-used talents in WWE that they can be the next big thing in TNA too if they make the jump to TNA just like Christian did. ( I think that they are trying to spark the intrest of guys like CM Punk, Johnny Jeter, London, Kendrick, and Benjamin that they can be used properly here and not in some crackpot gimmick)
C. They are smart enough to take the belt of Double J, which may be something that talent looking to make the switch were worrying about.

A. TNA has talent on their own roster that they're not using. Monty Brown, anyone?
B. I could be wrong, but I think CM Punk was already in TNA.....but anyway, this goes back to my first point. Yes, they are trying to attract big talent from elsewhere, including the WWE, but they have talent on their own roster that they are ignoring at this point. Of course they would like a London or a Kendrick in the X-Division, but that roster is chuck full already with good wrestlers that they are not using very much, if at all.
They could use a Shelton in the Heavyweight divison, but with wrestlers like Abyss, Sabu, or Monty Brown who deserve their time in the sun, and are not getting it due to other wrestlers coming in taking their spots. I know a Shelton may be better used in TNA, but on the reverse, someone like Abyss could be better used in WWE. For example, I know I would like to see Abyss/Angle, or Abyss/Batista in the future. The point is they need to take care of their own talent first and foremost.
c. It was a good decision to take the belt off of Jarrett the other times as well. But guess what? He still got it back. Look for Double J to get another reign this year, to the disappointment of many TNA fans.

Oh My God! Did you just try to say Monty Brown deserves a push? Monty Brown will not make a good champ. TNA needs more talent in the heavyweight division for sure. Sabu is old and washed up Abyss isnt very exciting.I think that by putting Cage on top sends a general message to the WWE locker, this can be you. And TNA could use someone like Lashley (i know he is staying put, im just saying he would be good talent to add to the heavyweight division), Benjamin, Benoit, Jerhico or others.
