August 16th: This is the ROHwrestling.com Newswire you've been waiting for with lots of new matches for next week in Hartford and Manhattan. Tickets are on sale for both shows at ROHwrestling.com, Tickets.com or by calling 215-781-2500. We'll start with the newest sensation as incredible high-flyer PAC is set to make his ROH debut in the United States. ROH fans will remember PAC from the UK shows earlier this year when he took Roderick Strong and Matt Sydal to the limit. PAC will be tested again when he is faced with Bryan Danielson on 8/24 in Hartford and Davey Richards on 8/25 in Manhattan. PAC takes aerial combat to a new level and now ROH fans will get a chance to witness it live in Hartford and Manhattan.

August 16th: While it looks like the Jack Evans vs. Roderick Strong feud will end at "Caged Rage" inside the Steel Cage on 8/24 in Hartford, Austin Aries insists that one more match has to happen first. It will be a battle of Generation Next founding fathers in Manhattan. August 25th will witness Aries vs. Evans vs. Strong in a one fall bout to determine the king of Gen Next.

August 16th: Mike Quackenbush has had a date open up and will return to ROH. Quackenbush will be in Manhattan on 8/25 to team with Jigsaw to take on the Resilience duo of Matt Cross & Erick Stevens.

August 16th: The buy 3, get 1 free sale on ROH DVDs at http://www.rohwrestling.com/ has been extended until Friday morning. This includes the "Respect Is Earned" double DVD in deluxe packaging with ROH's entire first pay-per-view plus lots of bonus material including days 2-4 of the Jimmy Loves Lacey story and the matches from the 5/12 event that did not air on PPV. Also available now at ROHwrestling.com is SHIMMER Vol. 9. A jam packed venue of wrestling fans in suburban Chicago witnessed one of the most talked about matches in SHIMMER history on Volume 9, as the international phenom Amazing Kong battled MsChif in an incredible fight. Pat Creed & Peter Kreten of Chicago's Rumble Radio described the bout as "An edge of your seat masterpiece!" In the other half of Volume 9's double main event, the "American Angel" Sara Del Rey goes head to head against Cheerleader Melissa in a contest between two world traveled female competitors. Plus Lacey vs. Serena Deeb, Nikki Roxx vs. Tiana Ringer, Daizee Haze vs. Amber O'Neal, the SHIMMER debut of "The Jezebel" Eden Black against Rain, as well as Allison Danger, Alexa Thatcher, Ariel, and more of the very best women wrestlers in action!

August 16th: Speaking of Amazing Kong, she will debut for ROH on 9/15 in Chicago. It will be high-impact SHIMMER quality action as Daizee Haze has brought Kong to battle her enemies. It will be Haze & Kong vs. SHIMMER Champion Sara Del Rey & Lacey. We'll have much more news on the 9/15 PPV taping in Chicago next week in the ROHwrestling.com Newswire.

August 16th: Just in case you missed it there are three new articles on the main page of ROHwrestling.com. We have the inside scoop on the toll the World Title reign is taking on Takeshi Morishima as he passes six months as champion, the latest on the red hot Briscoes vs. Steen & Generico feud and results from last weekend.

I'm pumped for the Battle of GenNext 3-Way, even though the faction wars haven't been as cool as I thought they'd be. I've been wanting some kind of match like that for a long time.

I just wish they could have done some kind of 4-Way when Shelley was around, but its all good. These two shows are shaping up strongly.
