of all the people to lose to they have him cough up the title to a person that nobody really wanted to be teamed with. I like carlito it took a while but I like the guy but for him to up and get the title this way again makes me like him even more, he just shouldn't have beat shelton so easily.

Anyway I wanted Shelton to loose his belt, he had it for way too long.

Losing the IC title means you're ready for the next level or you're not ready and this is as high as you go. I hope Shelton losing the belt means he'll be on his way to the main event of RAW or Smackdown, which he deserves to be in.

i hope your right but that would mean he's going back to smackdown cause as much as I like him he's not ready for the heavy weight title, wwe championship yes but not the heavy weightlordloki

I do not think he is ready for either yet (I do not want to happen to him, what happen to Orton)

He needs to be IC champ one more time, have good run and then have feuds with Hi-Cards to build himself up, than win the World HW championship when he has been built up and accept by the fans as being possblie World HW champion (at least, that is the basic formula all of the greats follow and Shelton will be one of the greats).

I don't think he needs to be IC champ again, he just needs to be in better matches. One match with HBK during the #1contender tournament did more for Shelton than 7 months as IC champ. If Christian can now be seen as a legitimate threat to the WWE title despite losing more often than not, Shelton should already be at that level.
