Sure Flair was a great heel back in the 80's-90's, but in recent times he wasn't that much a good heel as before. Plus i don't think HHH makes that a good heel. Angle's attitude heel days were great.
Where's Punk, Piper and Edge?
Um where is Edge? And The Rock could play an amazing heel too. Damn mutha canuckers lol. Randy Orton is not a good heel. Raven is an amazing heel as well.BlackbondOrton's a decent heel. Best WWE Champion since Edge.

Name one thing Orton has done to put himself over as a great heel. Young, cocky, arrogance doesn't cut it when you have guys like William Regal, James Storm, Edge, Team 3D, Kurt Angle, ect. Hell MVP is a better heel then Orton.
i forgot to say that you can also name your favorite heels, i thought John Cena was better as a heel, i hope he returns to that form soon?jediknight52501Well better than face but still not the best.

Disrespecting and taking out legends, shows no emotion.Dudleys were great heels back in the day when feuding with smaller tag teamers E&C and the Hardyz, especially putting women through tables.
Also like Jericho as a heel - still remember that dopey match with Chyna dissing women in wrestling, and even putting her hand in a cast.
I think Shawn Micheals was a good heel of the past around when he was fighting 'taker in the 1st Hell in the Cell match, Edge is a good Heel, Randy Orton too, I also have liked JBL when he had The Cabinet, I really like when JBL had a balloon Godzilla and was on knocked up on tranquilizer.
Owen Hart is as underrated as they come, especially his heel work. WWE so missed the boat on him so many times.
From the bygone era of managers, Bobby Heenan and Jimmy Hart have to be in the mix.
Ted Dibiase, Mr. Perfect and Ravishing Rick Rude had great gimmicks that they played brilliantly.
Rocky, as it turns out, was too good as a heel, sometimes.
And while it pains me to say it these days, Mr. McMahon from 97- (I'd say) 01 definately deserves a spot. Unfortunately, it took Vince another 7 years to figure out that the magic was gone and I'm not even positive the message has actually sunk in.
Triple H circa the McMahon-Helmsley Era was as good as they come.
Roddy Piper doesn't get the credit he deserves sometimes for his role in early Hogan.
The Macho King also ruled at his job.
Hollywood Hogan deserves a spot on the list, as well.
The current Chris Jericho and Edge and maybe Orton are the only active guys in WWE and TNA that I'd give much credit to.
(I'm tempted to put King of the Loophole, Man of 1001 Holds Chris Jericho on, but I loved that Jericho too much)
[QUOTE="Blackbond"]Are we talking present or all time? VanDerSar01All time, note the title.
Title reads some of the greatest heels "IN" pro wrestling. Last I checked Flair, Rock, ect weren't in Pro wrestling anymore. Hence the title doesn't make sense and why I asked.

But damn, was ever awesome in his role. The Coperate Champion gimmick is still easily my favorite stuff from The Rock. Hell, that gimmick is the main reason that with Mic Foley, I went from barely giving damn about the guy, to top favorite in the company.
By the way, I am surprised you did not mention Bret Hart? If nothing else, the guy deserves honorable mention.

I am the opposite. Cannnot remember hating someone more than Chris Jericho. That guy knew how to get under my skin like nobody else could.
For the record, its man of 1004 holds, not 1001. Armbar!

Seriously, this guy needs a DVD.Round that time, I was getting back into wrestling and I was becoming one of those guys that cheers the heels, particularly in WCW, with Hall, Hogan and Kidman while he was in the Flock. Between his talent in the ring, his awesome Even Flow rip off music, and awesome promos, Jericho was also a guy I really took to.

When you say that, do you mean by saying he loved him too much to think of him as heel? Or is that, in your opinon, you do not feel his character was legit heel?

The only thing I want to know is what the hell is Moss Covered Three Handled Family Gredunzel?
Option A. I can't boo Bret HartWhen you say that, do you mean by saying he loved him too much to think of him as heel? Or is that, in your opinon, you do not feel his character was legit heel?Link256
[QUOTE="sephy37"]Why do my posts get deleted?
....it must be the work of the greatest heel ever...
MIKE PAIN~!

I do not get it. :?
Me neither, I guess he's an indy wrestler or something. As a kid during the early Bishoff era(16 now, got into post NWO era wrestling like, the week he was hired)I always hated him. He helped break apart SD and Raw with his fueds with the SD gm's. And how can no one mention Kane for the few months after he unmasked.

Because, in my humble opinion, lame as the Katie Vick and May 19th stuff have been, unmasking Kane is easily worst creative choice they have made his entire career.
Otherwise, in the early days of Kane, heel or not, he was too ****ing awesome to jeer.

While I can pretty easily not mention Unmasked Kane for a variety of reasons (its short duration before Taker completely undid everything that was built with Kane, the fact it was used as a tool for the McMahons to doiminate every show, the fact they were making it up as they went along) I also don't think it was nearly that bad either. For one, Kane has proven to have some of the best facial expressions in the business, it got him some spotlight and proved to be a real ratings draw (unfortunately WWE failed to roll with this) and by that point, masked Kane was really stale. It was logical, it created interest in the character, I'd say those two things, even if the execution was lacking, bring it well above Katie Vick and May 19th.I do wish WWE had come up with the "scars are psychological" bit before he unmasked, because that is really embarrassing and the psychological thing actually made a little sense, unlike Kane and Katie Vick.

First of all, I did not mean things from entertainment perspective, rather, career one, which do not necessarily go together.
And even from entertainment angle, personally, while I agree with you it was not all that bad, it was not exactly all that great, either.
Whatever the case, even if it were entertaining, selfishly, I still could not give it credit, simply because ever since than, Kane has never been the same.
