I second that

Compared to the Brooklyn Brawler or Barry Horowitz, Stevie Richards is Triple H. Stevie has, at least, gotten some semi-serious pushes with the RTC and Victoria. Brawler and Barry hav to have a total of three wins in thousands of matches.

The Ultimate Jobber is indeed Steven Richard. Also the Hurricane and Rosey are next in line to be jobbers. Hell, any low-card wrestler that wrestle on Heat or Velocity bound to job to some mid-card to main eventer guys.KevyR
