Update on CM Punk [SPOILERS]

[spoiler] Scheduled as the main event of the WWE Supershows in Salisbury, MD on July 24th and Wildwood, NJ on July 25th is John Cena and Rey Mysterio vs. Big Show and CM Punk. Being that the WWE is PG now, I doubt they are going to push the Straight-Edge stuff too much.

If Punk was doing it as a face, they'd probably be able to utilise it because it would "make kids aware of the dangers in their future and how to avoid it", or sommut along those lines, and thus somewhat could idolise Punk's ways. As a heel, the problem is that the face (who the kids will back) won't believe in Straight Edge, thus (albeit not directly) promoting alcohol etc.

That's why it wouldn't work in a PG 'E, but could if Punk was a face.
