Source: PWTorch.com

– Shane McMahon absolutely loved the atmosphere backstage at the ECW taping. He spent most of the night enjoying himself and fraternizing with the wrestlers. Shane McMahon is said to be one of the WWE higher-ups pushing to give ECW its own tapings.

– In addition to praising Justin Credible once again, Vince McMahon also lauded CM Punk for their match on ECW television. CM Punk was emotionally overwhelmed by his debut and was actually crying backstage.

– Kurt Angle was very excited to be back.

– Batista generally kept to himself at the show.

How do you always find these news articles! grrr...I was just over at prowrestling.com and saw nothing lol. I like the fact that we have a McMahon trying to give us what we want, maybe sometime in the near future Shane will pitch the idea of extreme in ECW (gasp!!!) to Vince. Oh and I don't buy the Vince praising Credible thing for a second...why is Credible ECW's jobber monkey if Vince respects him so much? Great news for CM Punk, he'll be getting the push we want him to.

I bet he was happy that his name is not Samoa Joe.....I bet it went something like this...

"I'm SO happy My name ain't Samoa Joe he he! I'm on a show that scores around 2.4.....Your show can barely get a 0.9! You Suck *****! I might face Angle....you had to face Steiner!"

Well it's nice to see one of the McMahon so happy about the ECW going into it's own taping. Shane should be the one who should run the business once Vince is retire.

Eh...hum...Vince will never retire according to 1 article lol. Anyway back on topic does anyone know if Credible will be receiving a push anytime soon? It sounds in this article like Vince likes him but...this whole time he's just been losing to people.

Yeah, but no one lives forever, either.

Also, I remember an instance where a Velocity match between Hardcore Holly and Stevie Richards was praised and both men disappeared not long after that match and Stevie wasn't even injured or anything.  So having a match that is praised doesn't necessarily mean anything will change.

Well that's great news for Credible lol. And the article basically said that an inside source from WWE said that Vince will "be the chairman until he dies" and he will not retire. I think it was supposed to be as a joke but I think part of it has some truth.

I agree, "the Princess" is going to destroy WWE if she gains control. Heyman will be gone - if he's still in the buisness at that point - and the overweight, extremely old Triple H will get a push beyond all pushes. I like Shane O'Mac, especially his loco, suicidal moves, and agree with his current idea. As for Punk and Angle, I'm glad that both of them are extremely happy being where they are... and I feel bad for Credible. Even though he's been praised twice he's still just used as a jobber. Maybe once they're done introducing new talent they'll give him an actual push.

Apparently the Pepsi Plunge will not be used by CM Punk, As it makes Triple H's Pedigree look like Sh..

I've heard from Sources, Whether or not they are reliable or not, that remains to be seen

No. I'm beginning to sound like a broken record when I say that the Pepsi Plunge is hard on Punk's knees and he'd still like to walk when he's over 40 years old.

And ECW getting its own tapings means that it won't be taped with Smackdown -- it will be taped by itself. So, the only people that will see ECW live are the ones that came for ECW and not Smackdown.

Yeah, i understand you. People always try to make Triple H out to be a politician. Triple H doesn't even use the pedigree that much anymore beucase of that same reason. Even if Punk's knees didn't have a problem, you still have to have some repsect for the H. You wouldn't go in a TNA PPV and start handing out Spiral Taps or Styles Clashes, so why would it even be expected that he'd be able to do the plunge?

Anaconda Vice is better anyway.

Also if you notice HHH knee pads are a lot thicker then they once were.

I think Jimmy Rave knows something about taking finishers.

I think that if he does it every once in awhile, it would be good

Simply having their Tuesday night shows taped at separate venues, as opposed to being taped right after Smackdown in the same arena.

I gotta agree with Kotenks on this one, believe me I know what a knee injury feels like, during gym last year I hurt my knees on a daily basis playing volleyball and baseball (I slide and jump a lot and sacrifice my body for the sake of winning) and it hurts to walk but the man does have knee pads and maybe he could get some thicker ones, and like Kotenks said it would be fine if he only did the move once in a while. Maybe once during an ECW taping, then again a month later or so, and then did it again at ECW's PPV (whenever that'll be). If he only did the move once in a while it should be fine for his knees.
