Neither do I. I think it is suppose to be read SE(Straight Edge) HC(Hardcore).
All I wanted was a shirt that had him doing the X and then on the back it says CM Punk, I am better then you! Makes sense.
And unfortunately, the "I am Better than you" thing hasn't been incorporated into his character yet. Though, I have to think it will inevitably be involved whenever he turns heel. It just works too well.

I'd guess the "Luck is for losers" thing is related to a series of tattoos he has related to the same idea - at least, that's how Wikipedia has been referring to a certain series of his tattoos for months, so I'm guessing it's to do with that.
