RAW's rating wasn't as low as all you think because there was a glitch in the system.

You don't lose that many fans in one week.

Did anyone think hes showing up to "strike back" at the Steroid crap in the press?

After thinking about this for a while, I think Vince is coming back to announce that Saturday Nights Main Event is going to be on August 18th 2007, because Triple H will return on the 13th of August, and that is when they are going to do the tapeing of SNME.
