Last night's special Raw Thusday Night drew a 3.0 rating, down from last year's 3.4 rating, so TNA Impact may have taken a bite out of Raw's rating this year.

The show opened with a 2.9 for the Vince McMahon-Donald Trump segment, dropped to a 2.7-.28 range the rest of the first hour, then grew to a 3.1-3.3 range during the second hour, and peaking with a 4.2 for the overrun featuring the finish of the star-filled eight-man tag match.

I wouldn't say it's TNA that hurt them, but rather the lack in interest in wrestling these days. WWE aren't exactly pleasing their fans this year.

Probably due to the fact Raw had change in time and slot, along with minor competition of offering from TNA......I think "lack of interest" is secondary from each of those elements, because if that were the case, I would think, more likely than not, Raw would not be the only WWE show suffering from possibility of that kind of element.....

I doubt it has anything to do with lack of interest, if anything, it probably has to do with Raw's first hour having to compete with Grey's Anatomy and CSI, which both got over 20 million viewers.

Raw can't compete with Grey's, CSI, and whatever else is on the primetime networks.

I think this is more or less that Thursday is a big prime-time TV show night in America, like others have said. And how people usually forget when something is off schedule.

Don't forget also that Scrubs is on at 9 on Thrusdays so that probably dented the ratings a bit.

even tho Scrubs is my favorite show, it does horrible in the ratings. it wouldn't have done that much to Raw's ratings.
