****, I don't know if it's the new rug on his head, a ton of make-up, or what, but Vince hasn't looked that good in years.

I can't believe that nobody contributed to my Total Divas thread. You guys missed out on some instant classics with the Divas. I mean, when they asked Natalya to help coach the "newbies" and Natalya was really mad, everyone is gonna remember where they were when they saw that.

Perhaps absence makes the heart grow fonder or something, but that seemed to me to be the most effective Mr. McMahon has been as a character in YEARS, perhaps something like a decade. In place of the overblown parody he had developed in to, this seemed a lot more like the villain that fueled the Attitude Era. Maybe we're working our way to another Cena vs McMahon false start and it's always a wonder why WWE can't get someone other than Vince McMahon to play the evil, manipulative authority figure, but whatever. I'll happily take that Vince over the Vince we've seen over the last several years.

Triple H could do it, he did a great job as the evil villian in charge during McMahon-Helmsley, but in a non-wrestling role, he wouldn't be as effective. Plus, the New England accent doesn't help either.

Ryback: A wrestler without a feud. Since WWE seems to be interested in pushing Bryan for the WWE championship, move Ryback into the WHC picture. Or maybe turn Sheamus heel and team him up with Ryback.

I was talking to myself the whole time. That's hardly disruptive.

Does it bug anyone else that Bray Wyatt's wardrobe is less crazy redneck torture cult leader and more Miami Vice?

He could and probably should take on that role. I might not mind seeing the McMahon-Helmsley Reality take on a more on-air role in that vein. However, Trips has seemed unusually reluctant to take on the heel role over the last few years. I dunno if HBK has rubbed off on him or if Daddy H has just become squeamish to the proposition or what. He should have done it when he "ousted" Vince following MITB a few years back (one of the number of missteps following that shows payoff). He should have embraced it against the Undertaker (he effectively did in the 27 match, at least).

I think it's more likely that an on-air non-wrestling role doesn't interest Triple H. Did you see his face during Vickie's job evaluation? He looked miserable, like he was so bored and was wholly uninterested in being there. Not that I blame him, this McMahon vs GM angle is awful.

That was a pretty good Cena-Ryback match. Enjoyable. I was pleasently surprised by Brie Bella in ring action against Natalya. So much so that I WAS going to say that she had a good match, and then sh*t happened. I was appalled and I never want to see the Bella's on television again. They are destroying wrestling. I don't care if they keep Cena and Bryan content, I want the Bella's gone. NOW. Lastly, how obvious is it that Ziggler is getting buried? Minus the beach and the pirates, he's up to his neck right now and it seems that every time he's about to break out, the sand collapses around him again.

Also, the Kick-Ass 2 trailer after the end of Raw was probably the best part about Raw this week.

So TNA has a mystery guy doing promos about August 1... They're bringing in Adam Pearce after looking through his twitter... What a terrible surprise... Half the audience won't know and the half that does wont care

So, I'm a bit confused. The Wyatt Family more or less just announced they won't be on NXT anymore, but right after we see Corey Graves and Adrian Neville talking about putting them through hell. Did someone make a mistake?

The red hat guy is on impact, haha

this is the first time I've watched impact in years... Is he on there consistently?

God awful character development on Impact... or TNA, whatever they're calling themselves

Most of the matches seemed sloppy, but the Aries v Fat Styles Bieber was fun until end completely killed it

Joseph Park may be the worst gimmick I've seen in a while... And Abyss was such an awesome character

Tito Ortiz... im so embarrassed i fell for believing TNA (or Impact) would do something exciting... At least we now know why all those wrestlers got cut... They needed room for a guy who is not relevant, a headcase and oh yeah, HE CANT PERFORM!!!

I need a  drink

I DVR Impact each week for one thing and one thing only: Women's wrestling. Although, one time two weeks ago TNA had a triple threat with Petey Williams, Homicide, and Suicide (now Manik WTF?) and Homicide almost KILLED Petey. No pun intended, he hit the sickest Gringo Killa I've ever seen.

Please let Sting be pinned at that PPV match so he has to leave TNA forever... or for 6 months...

i prefer Joe to be pinned so he can leave and either go back to ROH where he can be himself or go to WWE and get a shot at getting big

Doesn't TNA have a lawsuit against WWE for stealing talent? It wouldn't look good if WWE grabs another big name like Joe or Sting.

Happened to turn on Smackdown and watch the #1 Contender's Triple Threat match between Orton, RVD and Christian and was fortunate to see a pretty bad ass match. It has a lot of WWE's typical triple threat formula (more one on one on one than a triple threat) which can irritate me, but when you have three guys who work as well against each other as these three did, it is hard to complain. Orton and RVD have always matched up well. RVD and Christian had a great ladder match years ago and in the time since they last met Christian has advanced tremendously and Christian and Orton had a bunch of bad ass matches not so long ago. All that chemistry was on display to make for a really good TV match. I think it was the best RVD's looked since coming back, too. Throw in a modest surprise for the finish and it adds up to a really solid match that may be more impressive than the match it sets up.

^ CHRISTIAN CHRISTIAN CHRISTIAN!!!!!!!!! That was an awesome match indeed, and I REALLY wish Orton turned heel right there! That Rolling Thunder into the Powerslam was a high point, and I would love to see RVD vs. RKO at SummerSlam.
