What if there was a pay-per-view where superstars from TNA and WWE fought each other to see which one is better. Would it be cool and who would you want to win?

WWE, they have Great Khali and he's bigJML897But in 3 years, TNA will have twice the number of wrestlers as all of the WWE. They'll bring in an estimated 50 WWE former wrestlers to their company, and by 2015, they will finally be in the 1.5 ratings range! TNA is gonna beat WWE! :o

Good point. Guys like Shark Boy, Low Ki, AJ Styles, Chris Sabin, and Alex Shelley can swarm Khali like fleas and take him down.
But then again, Triple H can take down an entire squad of Navy SEALs by himself. Dub dub E still wins.

You're thinking too low. I heard HHH can take on the entire US army by himself.
This board is a triumph.
I'm making a note here, huge success.JML897
It's hard to overstate my satisfaction. Aperture Science, we do what we must because we can for the good of all of us except for the ones who are dead. But there's no sense crying over every mistake. You just keep on trying until you run out of cake and the science gets done and you make a neat gun for the people who are still alive.
Okay, I'll take this thread seriously and actually put together what I'd like to see out of a WWE vs TNA PPV, complete with the results. I'll use the current active lineups and champions for simplicity's sake.
The show would take place somewhere "neutral" ie, not in Orlando, Nashville or MSG. The matches will be competed in a 4 Sided WWE ring, as a result TNA gets to choose and use their gimmick matches so that neither company has an inherent advantage. The main event of the show will be a modified 8-Man Lethal Lockdown match, where there will be a Cage set-up on the outside of the ring and a lowering roof to essentially eventually make it HIAC pitting Team TNA vs Team WWE under elimination rules. Team TNA will consist of TNA Champion Sting, Kurt Angle, Samoa Joe and Christian vs Team WWE of WWE Champion Randy Orton, World Champion Batista, ECW Champion CM Punk and Triple H.
The announce team would be the 3-Man Team of JBL, Mike Tenay and Jim Ross.
Here'd be my lineup:
Opener: 6-Man X Division vs Cruiserweight Division Match: Jay Lethal,Petey Williamsand Senshi vs Jamie Noble, Jimmy Yang and... ugh Shannon Moore. Winners: Lethal,Petey and Senshi when Senshi kicks Moore's face in. TNA leads 1-0
Match 2: 8 Woman Battle Royal: Representing TNA: Gail Kim, Christy Hemme, Jacqueline and Amazing Kong. Represent WWE: Beth Phoenix, Candice, Melina and Mickie James. Winner: Amazing Kong. TNA leads 2-0.
Match 3: Team Michigan vs Team Michaels 6-Man Tag Challenge: Rhino and the Motor City Machine Guns of Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin vs Shawn Michaels, Brian Kendrick and Paul London. Winners: Team Michaels. TNA leads 2-1.
Match 4: Monsters Ball 4-Way Elimination: Abyss vs... eh, Chris Harris vs Kane vs Undertaker. Winner: Undertaker last eliminating Abyss. Tie at 2-2.
Match 5: Super Ultimate Amazing Dream Match: Jeff Jarrett vs Triple H. Winner: Triple H via Pedigree in a matter of seconds, before Jarrett's goofy booking shenanigans can come into play. WWE leads 3-2.
Match 6: Ultimate X Challenge: Matt and Jeff Hardy vs AJ and Daniels (Two former championship tandems reunite, each featuring a current TNA champion). Winners: The Hardy Boyz. WWE leads and clinches the overall win at 4-2.
Match 7: Lethal Lockdown: Team TNA vs Team WWE. Winner: Team TNA via a variety of ridiculous shenanigans, because it wouldn't be TNA without ridiculous shenanigans in the main event. And since its me imagining this show, Joe and Punk start the match off. TNA, via being behind, gets the advantage and sends in Christian. Batista evens things up, then Angle, followed by Triple H then Sting. Orton enters last. Just about everyone gets involved in a brawl outside the cage after everyone has entered as the structure as the run-ins begin. Christian is eliminated first by Triple H. Batista eliminates Sting. Angle eliminates Batista. Jeff Jarrett interferes and hits Trips with a guitar, Trips no sells it but Joe rolls him up to eliminate the H. Angle eliminates Punk. HBK interferes to Super Kick Angle, Orton pins Angle. Order is restored and its Joe vs Orton, Joe chokes out Orton for the win.
All in all, it comes out relatively even. WWE gets the overall win pretty dominantly, which they shopuld, only recieving losses to TNA's specialty divisions and in the overbooked main event and taking wins in each of TNA's own gimmick matches. TNA gets the satisfaction of being competitive and taking the main event, even with the shenanigans, so each side has something positive to take from the show.
Just taking the thread and having some fun with it. I'd like to hear if anyone else likes it.
This is a really great imaginary concept. The idea of WWE winning before the main event and the idea of Jarret jobbing to the pedigree in a matter of seconds are briliant awesome ideas. Of course, if I booked it, I would let Motor City Machine Guns look like gods, and make Joe vs Punk as the last men in the Lockdown, for Punk to finally get that decisive win against Joe. One can dream.Opener: 6-Man X Division vs Cruiserweight Division Match: Jay Lethal,Petey Williamsand Senshi vs Jamie Noble, Jimmy Yang and... ugh Shannon Moore. Ok, I'm gonna try to do one too:
I'll go with the square ring since that one is probably more common. The arena could have two different ramps/backgrounds, with each side representing a company. Basically I'm trying to do a variety of match types/themes/styles, and there's also a bit of a WWE/TNA reunion theme. I'll leave the outcome up to you guys. Hope you like it.:)
6-Man Tag: Ron Killings + Motor City Machine Guns vs. London, Kendrick + Rey Mysterio
Ultimate-X: The Hardys + CM Punk vs. LAX + Jay Lethal
Womens Tag-Team Elimination: Beth Pheonix, Melina, Victoria + Mickie James vs. Gail Kim, Christy Hemme, Jackie Moore + Amazing Kong
No DQ Falls Count Anywhere: Brothers of Destruction + Tommy Dreamer vs. Abyss, Sting + Raven
2 out of 3 Falls: Kurt Angle vs. Shelton Benjamin
TLC: Christian Cage vs. Edge
30 min. Iron Man Fatal 4 Way(each pinfall/point goes to WWE or TNA): HHH vs. AJ Styles vs. Umaga vs. Junior Fatu (this could actlike a wild card match where either side could get a big comeback or lead, and it could be two feuds being put together so that the two brands may or may not work together, and I could see interference between Tomko and HBK happening too)
Cage Match(Main Event): HBK vs. Samoa Joe
By the way I think either WWE would win or it would be a draw.

I hope this guy is for real, and not just some character someone made up. I would love to see "ABSIS" take on KANE in a TLC match. Five stars.
