I'd like to preface this by saying that I don't want this to be taken as an attack on your choices or your opinions. I can see where you're coming from but I have reasons to believe that most of these guys are fine, if not better off, where they are and just like to explain those reasons. I don't want to offend you or anybody else with my opinions, but some of these are things I feel very strongly about:
- "The Monster" Abyss(Has The potential to be the next Kane)lord_soultaker
Abyss is a great big man and was a pretty damn good character, though TNA seems desperate to kill that. However, one of the main reasons he can be what he is in TNA is that TNA is not the land of the giants, which makes Abyss more unique. He also gets to work with guys like S_tyles, who can move around him and make him look good. In WWE, Abyss would not have that same charm and probably would not be a main eventer. He's not really that big by WWE standards, and would not have the same kinda talent to make him look as good. Christopher" The Fallen Angel" Daniels (take his wrestling career further)lord_soultaker
Daniels has seen time in a WWE ring before, as a random jobber. Daniels would be thrust almost immeadiately into the Cruiserweight Division and forgotten under a WWE contract.Brock" The Animal" Lesnar (Destroyed everyone while he was with WWE)lord_soultaker
If Brock Lesnar gave a **** about wrestling, WWE or his fans, he'd have been back years ago. Hell, he'd never have left. He had everything freakin' handed to him in WWE and then he left them high and dry without giving anything back. He's a piece of garbage and I hope he gets embarrassed in MMA.Samoa" The Submission Machine" Joe (to prove he is the real deal and can live up to WWEs schedule)lord_soultaker
Samoa Joe is the real deal and he doesn't have to go to WWE to prove that. Especially because if he went to WWE, he'd be marginalized beyond recognition. Joe had the opportunity to go to WWE and he made the right choice not to, because if he did, he'd be Umaga right now. WWE would make him a caricature. His offense would be completely changed and become focused around his ass like every other fat Samoan WWE has employed (WWE Head of Talent Relations Johnny Ace is quoted as saying that he thought Joe could be the kind of top heel Rikishi never panned out to be, which more or less proved that Johnny didn't "get" Joe at all, as would most of the creative staff). WWE would strip Joe of everything that makes him special. This thread is a pretty amusing switch for me to think about. In general, I think in the opposite terms. I think about guys I'd like to see get away from WWE's vision of "sports entertainment," gimmicks, limitations and politics and be allowed to wrestle to their fullest potential. I've seen what guys like Paul London, Brian Kendrick, and RVD among others can do outside WWE's confines and wonder what other could do in those situations. I was amazed when I saw James Gibson get away from WWE and wrestle the way he is capable of wrestling and what can come of it. I've seen others, like Shannon Moore, prove that WWE sometimes can hide weaknesses.
In general, many of the guys not with WWE I really don't want to see in WWE because it doesn't play to their strengths. Roderick Strong, for instance, is one of my favorite wrestlers, but I know he's too small and doesn't have the mic skills to be taken seriously by WWE. He would not be allowed to wrestle the way he can because a guy his size and build would not be a power wrestler in WWE, even though he has the freaky strength to do it.
So, its a switch to think in reverse, but I came up with a couple of names, ironically both former WWE stars:
Rhino: I've always had a soft spot for Rhino. IMO, Rhino never got a fair shake in WWE and he's one of the few guys that WWE has released that has proven that he was more than what they gave him. He's a guy that was too small to be considered a monster in WWE, but I really think if they had tried to push him as such he'd get over and in TNA he has shown mic skills to match his intensity. Plus, his firing was a load of bullspit to begin with. He's been a go-to guy in TNA, but they have shown hesitancy to pull the trigger on him in the main event. I'd like to see him get a legit shot in WWE, again.
A-Train: I've thought for a long time that A-Train was under-rated and under-pushed. The guy has apparently gotten over in Japan. He consistently impressed me in his matches in WWE, even working with other big men like Undertaker and Kane (at a time when it was rare to find any match involving Taker that I could tolerate).
And finally:
Jeff Jarrett: So that it would get him the **** out of TNA and back to the midcard jobber that he truly is.
