Last I heard Fire Pro Wrestling games were imports and a lot of us don't have the means of importing games. I do think though that they plan on releasing a PS2 game sometime next year but until then no one here is playing them and having a topic on Fire Pro will not net many replies. It's just a matter of talking about what is most popular. If you really feel up to it make an official topic about the game and disscuss but like I said, I doubt a lot of people are gonna be there to talk to you about it.

They are in fact bringing over a PS2 game sometime this holiday 07' and it will be a budget title.

Bout damn time people got a chance to play an actual wrestling game, and not that button mashing mess that THQ puts out every November.

I did post the news that Fire Pro Returns was getting a US release. I believe it got literally no response, even though I was excited as hell.

And thanks to ROH, I actually know a fair number of the Japanese wrestlers on that roster. And that roster is ludicrous.

That roster is the best thing in the history of games. I've gotta pickup Fire Pro Returns when it comes out -- screw SvR. But, the only problem will be finding a copy:(

look at that roster!

and i had trouble deciding who to play with in the wwe games when there was 30-50 wrestlers to pick from. now it looks like there is about 8000.

Pfft, the Pro Fire Wrestling games may have a ridiculously large roster, but it doesn't have GM mode. ¬¬

You're not 100% correct.

the Promoter mode allows you to create your own wrestling show and attempt to lure the biggest wrestlers to compete on your stage. IGN

Well, there is one problem -- the wrestlers aren't given their real names; they're made up(at least, it was on the FP GBA game I have -- I don't see this one being any different, since the licenses needed would cost waaay too much). But, you can edit them, so it's not too bad.

That roster... Damn. Now I have to clean my brains off of the floor and walls, as my mind was blown apart in many directions.
