WWE News: Internal Concern Over Low Ratings, Details On Triple H's Return

-The August 13th Raw taping at Madison Square Garden will also be a Saturday Night's Main Event taping. Saturday Night's Main Event will air on August 18th at 11:30pm on NBC in the US and the same time in Canada.

-HHH is expected to make his return at this TV Taping.

-There is serious concern in both the WWE and USA offices about Raw's recent ratings "slump." Both companies are dedicated to solving the problem. Raw is coming off of three consecutive weeks of a 3.4 cable rating.

-Last week's edition of Smackdown scored a 2.6 broadcast rating, with a 5.1 share. Smackdown is about even with Raw right now in number of total viewers, which is cause for alarm in WWE.

WWE needs for Cena to lose the Championship, they also need to have Umaga lose the IC Championship and have The Sandman, Carlito, Super Crazy, Jeff Hardy, Shelton Benjamin, and Charlie Haas be in the running for the IC Championship, Candice is doing fine as Women's Champion, Murdoch and Cade hopefully soon get a feud going with London and Kendrick.

Smackdown is a little bit better I can see where WWE is going with The Ungreat Khali, so he can stay as champ for all I care, MVP as US Champion is going really well, WWE wants to give it to Matt Hardy but I don't think WWE will this fued may go a while, Deuce and Domino as the Tag Team champion is ok but Smackdown has no oneelse other than The Major Brothers, and IMO they are not going any where.

ECW isn't in this discussion but Nitro as Champion is good.

Didn't think this needed another topic, so I'll post it here.

WWE officials were told today by Neilsen that there was a technical issue that affected the listed ratings of several programs, with Raw being one of those programs. A new revised rating has not come out at this point.
