In today's edition of "The Sun" newspaper that comes out in Great Britain, there was an article in it's pages where WWE Raw Divas Torrie Wilson, Candice Michelle, and Maria answered some fan questions. Here are some of the more interesting information that came out of the article:
- Maria confirmed that she is currently dating wrestler CM Punk, and that she recently pitched a talk show segment idea to the McMahon family called "In the Raw". Marie also said that she doesn't know if she would be able to do a nude photoshoot for Playboy, as she has a teenage sister at home.
- Torrie Wilson said that the NWA-TNA made an offer to Billy Kidman to join the company but he turned them down.
- Candice stated that she has finished with her photoshoot for Playboy magazine, that she got married to a chiropractor in May, and that she was sad to hear that Christy Hemme was released from the company. She says that she still remains friends with Hemme and wishes her the best in the future.
- Torrie believes that the only reason that John Cena started to get so many boos from the fans is because male fans were jealous about the way the women in the crowd reacted to him. Torrie also says that she is amazed by the fact that there are so few superstars left on the WWE roster that were around when she & Stacy Keibler joined the company and that she would not have participated in a segment like the whole "live sex" one that Edge & Lita did if the company asked her to do it.
- The girls really praised Dave Finley & Dean Malenko for working with them and helping train them to compete in the ring.

I don't get it and its a shame. Kidman could have been of value to TNA, not so much in the X Division, but in the heavyweights. He's the type of solid worker that division really needs/

I agree with you entirely. Why would he turn TNA down? Economically, TNA would be the next best thing to sign to (after WWE that is), and I doubt he'll re-sign a deal with the WWE any time soon. Lost opportunity or what?
Oh and I can just imagine him doing the Shooting Star Press from the top of the turnbuckle to the outside. :roll:

Does TNA really have the money that Kidman should get? I think with getting Sting they wouldn't have much more to get any more superstars for a while. Or was this before they got Sting?

I wonder if Kidman turned down TNA for fear of backlash that Torrie might get. I mean, if Kidman became a big name in TNA, I can't foresee the WWE being too pleased with Mrs Kidman. Eh, probably not that, but still, not impossible, either.

Also, Billy Kidman turned down TNA, why? He could have been great addition to the company and the heavyweight division. As others have said, it could be due to the fact his girlfriend Torrie Willison is in the WWE and that could obviously cause conflict, to say the least.

Thats a blonde for ya, she must be on crack if shethinks we men dont like Cena because little kids and girls who know nothing about actual wrestling (I seriously doubt that women who actually know a good amount about wrestling and actually care about the athleticism of it all, cheer for Cena) cheer for him. We dont like him because his gimmick is annoying, he got way much of a push, hes not championship material and he cant wrestle.
