...Your original article read:

» Randy Orton is sitting on one strike. In August 2006, he was quietly suspended for 30 days for his first violation of the company's drug testing policy — reportedly due to a drug test failure. Starting in September 2004 through February 2007, Orton received somatropin, nandrolone and stanozolol. In August 2007, company officials reasoned that Orton had already served his punishment due to his drug policy violation from the prior year — thus he was not suspended. However, Orton continued receiving pharmaceuticals through February 2007 — well past the date of his initial drug test failure.

---

I was reading this, but I want to correct it. Randy Orton is one strike away from being fired. He failed two drug tests in the past.

I dont remember the correct dates for his failed drug tests, but I remember one of them being in 2007 and the other being in 2008. When he was going through that collar bone injury. He was really suspended for 60 days for violating the WWE wellness policy.

He was also suspended in 2007 the same time that Chris Masters was suspended for 30 days.

Randy Orton is not sitting on one strike. He is sitting on two strikes and one strike away from getting terminated from the company, if the policy is legitimate.

Hopefully Orton is taking them and doesn't get terminated.

My thought is, would he actually be fired if the third strike hit? He's one of WWE's biggest guys at the moment.

Shouldn't "sitting on one strike" mean you are on your first strike and two strikes away from being fired? That's what it sounds like to me.

Actually, the whole motorcycle incident with Orton was most likely the suspension because it added on time to his rehab for his collarbone injury he suffered a year ago.

Where do you all think Batista is right now? There is no way he is actually injuried, although I guess it's possible... Any ways, to my point, IF Orton really is sitting on two strikes, and not one, he won't be fired if a third strike were to occur. Batista is obviously on some kind of human growth substance, the same goes with John Cena. People aren't naturally that big. Orton has lost a lot of weight lately though, so maybe he's off what he had been on... Then again, I could have no clue what I'm talking about...

 I would give WWE props for sticking to the rules, but I believe Orton's smart enough to know he doesn't need drugs to be on top.

I believe it wouldn't be smart for WWE to fire Orton. He's their biggest Star currently.

Hopefully Orton is taking them and doesn't get terminated.

My thought is, would he actually be fired if the third strike hit? He's one of WWE's biggest guys at the moment.

ShowStopper102

Well they fired Kennedy for being, well Kennedy. And he didn't do anything wrong. So Randy could easily get fired

No way Orton is extremly more important then Kennedy they would call it an injury every time he failed or he paid the price. Oh and Spidey i doubt Cena is on drugs just because he has never been on any list of Suspensions or Drug list so i doubt Cena has had any

you guys all talk like Orton's above the law in WWE! if he does strike out i think he should get canned! top star or not, it sends a strong example to the roster, that no matter your posistion in the company, you're expendable if you screw up one too many times. Orton's on thin ice and he knows it, so hopefully the bone-head keeps on the "Straight Edge" no pun intended!
