well funny enough it has to be about pride, i mean, look at most ecw fans after ecw became wwe brand, alot of them dropped off bcus they felt it was a betrayel becus they knew it wasnt going to be the same, no longer something they can claim as their own, but they have to share it with wwe fans, its like some ppl like indy rock bands then when they hit it big in mtv and has a huger and diverse audience, those group of fans feel unimportant or somewhat betrayed and thats like old ecw fans
tna fans are similar bcus they feel like theyre brand of wrestling entertainment is not as huge and widespread and popular as wwe so they take pride in it knowing that its their own, however i can garaundamtee u that they would sellout in the quickest second when or if wwe comes and attack their arenas, like remember when dx invaded wcw how most of the fans were turncoats screaming dx and suck it, its rather pathetic, i actually like the fact that these ppl are being loyal, it shows more depth in their character
