Why Batista Wasn't at Smackdown!

The reason why Batista missed last night's SmackDown/ECW house show in Alexandria, Louisiana is because his connecting flight was delayed of Atlanta, Georgia. Batista flew out of Tampa, Florida but was connecting in Atlanta to complete his trip to Alexandria. He notified WWE officials that he was going to be unable to make it and they adjusted the card accordingly.

Batista was not alone as the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport has been absolutely gridlocked with delayed flights from the severe weather in the area over the weekend. Other performers that were connecting out of the Atlanta were delayed as well as several performers arrived late in Alexandria.
