Another reason I'm not ready to spend money on next generation..Forza 2

Man, after seeing the reviews the game does not seem like enough of a step up from Forza 1 (especially the graphics).

This is just another example of why I'm not ready to spend $400-$500 on a new system.  There are maybe a handful of games that provide a wow factor regarding the overall next generation quality.

So for now, I'm still using my X-Box (currently playing Forza 1, Mechanaries and Scarface).

Not to mention I still have a bunch of games to purchase for like $10 each...

I think theres a good amount of people that feel the same way.

have u actually read the review. it got 9 for graphics. it also got 9.2 which is exactly the same as forza 1 :S:S

Yes, mostly 9's around the board usually indicates a bad score?

The graphics in forza are great, definately can tell it's next-gen...so i have no idea where you're getting that from.

That being said, there are about 20-30, probably more, reasons, in games alone, to jump into next gen. But if you're low on cash, then stick with what you got, without saying the next gen isn't worth it. Even if Forza isn't appealing to you, last time I checked, that isn't the only Xbox 360 game out at the moment. 

I actually just bought an xbox again after selling my original one last year.Got it for $100 with a wireless controller and 13 games.I'm looking forward to going back and getting all the games I may have passed on years ago that are now in the $5 bin.For the record I have a 360 and enjoy it but I get tired of seeing a game selling for dirt cheap in the xbox used section and realizing the game doesn't run on 360.

This game is getting rave reviews everywhere! Are you out of your mind? Even scores in the low 8's are still good scores. Geeze, so your telling us that in order for it to be deemed a worthy purchase, you need it to score 10's across the board or something? It's probably the highest rated racing game to come out since Revenge on the Xbox...

maybe you cant afford the 360 and that your true reason, the graphics are deffently better, if its not such a big step up, id liketo see it run on the xbox, with nothing excluded, well it cant, linkinworm
