Exactly how do you play through Ninja Gaiden Black again?

First of all I know that in the gamespot guide it says that you can play through the game with your all your weapons and finish collecting all the golden scarabs on your successive save, but the problem is how do you start it?

I am asking this question because I beat the game once and then after all the credits and the cutscenes it brought me back to the main menu. So, I got really confused and I was frustrated that it did not restart my game at the beginning.

Hopefully someone points out my foolish mistake.

After the end of the credits, you save, and then once your back at the main menu, go to load. It should say successive play or something like that above the screenshot of the save. hazuki

Not so, that is only in the original ninja gaiden, you cannot do that in NGB, but there are more difficulties and a mission mode.tylea002

I'm not lying, you cannot use succesive play in black. I'm sure of it. But don't hold me to that. I'm only 99% sure.tylea002

Successive play was in Ninja Gaiden but its not in Ninja Gaiden Black anymore. It would screw up the score-system because you would get different high-scores with all your gear in the first few levels. No successive play here!

Yeah at the end of the credits it cuts to the last cutscene the one where Ryu puts the glowing necklace on the tombstone snd I cannot save after the credits. There is no point after I defeated the last boss to save. The game just restarts at the main menu. When I go to Load game and select of the saves it just says "Begin play using save game"standalonekuro

So this is also for the playstation 3 Ninja gAiden Sigma...No Successive Play Save file......Thats to bad......i want to play al over again with al my goodies
