A bunch of new gestures (superficial, I know, but still fun), a new minigame, second (and painfully short) main quest, a new sidequest that involves a brothel and a pimp hat, and some new weapons and armour. Oh, and 2 new spells.
lost chapters is longer more stuff more clothes to wear, only about 2 hours more of extra missions. i would have gotten TLC if i didnt already have the original one
