I never owned an X-Box. No reason, I just never did. But I just got a 360 and am hyped about some of the backwards compatible games. After watching the video reviews of Halo 1 and Halo 2, I'm hyped about playing one or both.

But I went to EBgames and Halo 2 was $36.99 used, and Halo 1 was $29.99 used. I went to HMV today and found Halo 1 for $14.99 new! So I promptly picked it up and will be playing it tonight.

Wow, I wonder if eb games knows that they're saling a 3 year old game for $37 and used? I was mad about the pc halo being $50 which just doesn't make since. It's a 3yr old game and the only new content they added is some maps it's the same game. They really shouldn't be selling it for that much the pc version should have been at most $40 when it came out and the xbox version should be $20 by now. This is why I don't go to ebgames/gamestop anymore, I just go to bestbuy. Plus the gamestops and ebgames near me treat their pc games like crap. Anyways have fun.

I just bought halo a couple weeks ago at best buy for 9.99, and I bought halo 2 at eb games for 29.99. I am just about done with halo 2 and I have to say they are both well well worth it.

That's a rip-off. I got Halo 1, Halo 2, and Halo 2 Multiplayer Map Pack in the Halo Triple Pack for $50 two years ago.

UM....... AFTER 5 YEARS OF OWNING HALO, I'm done with that game...... it has gotten boring. I used to think it was the greatest shooter ever, but after countless hours, (yawn) it's jaded. now I play counterstrike, which is somewhat less boring.
