Well, I'm in the middle of playing through the Instincts episode of Far Car Instincts Predator on my 360 and I think it's supposed to be pretty much the same as the Xbox version of Instincts and I'm having a blast. So I'd say you picked up a pretty good shooter for a nice price.
Defenitely a good game. You'll probably have a better time playing Xbox Live Multiplayer. You can even create your own maps and have everyone play on them - best feature of the game in my opinion.
